Worst Taco Bell experience in a while. I ordered a double beef burrito and was given a cheesy bean and rice burrito. Which would have been ok if it had tasted better. I can't put my finger on why it tasted bad but it did. At least they got the correct number of hot sauces.

Horrible customer service I ordered at the wrong location music is blasting in the back ground the guy tells me the other location is down the street I said give me a moment so I cancelled it. Couldn’t even take my order instead. Won’t be coming back always new people.

walked in place smelled like shit only seen three people in the whole place and one guy was eating in the kitchen and three out of all of the fountain drinks worked so I had a drink orange soda and it tasted like water zero out of 10 never eat here food is good like always. I have seen better Taco Bell‘s in Tampa. and not to mention, I’m leaving and as I’m leaving. There’s a guy smoking a blunt in his car…. My brother bet me as a joke you know just joking but this man was actually smoking a blunt all seriousness. 12/2/25 around 3:50 i mean this shit is ridiculous worst taco bell i ever been too

I got a crunch wrap, two hard shell tacos, and two soft tacos. I specified that I did not want lettuce on either the hard or soft tacos and the screen registered that but when I checked the food after I got home both soft tacos had lettuce. The food was fast and hot with good service but I am upset about spending 20$ and then half of my order being messed up. Please pay better attention.

Lobby was closed but there food was great The prices are kinda to high I didn't like that I couldn't go into the lobby I only had a 100 bill I had just got paid and the cashier was a little snotty saying she couldn't give me change cuz she didn't have it But I did end up getting my food and change but like I said she was snotty about it

As a walk-in I was very disappointed that we were never acknowledged. We attempted to order at the kiosk just to have an error connection at the end of our order so we ended up going to counter to stand there for another 5 mins to not get acknowledged again. With that being said I will never go to that one ever again your workers will be their demise you just watch and see.

Severely mismanaged location. Dining room is a wreck. Waited 20 minutes to get pre-ordered food and no customers in dining room. Employees cars parked in front of door. One was parked diagonal blocking two spaces. When questioned why, the employee said they were late coming to work and we're in a hurry.

The worst Taco Bell in the area, please do yourself a service and avoid this one. Orders are always wrong, missing ingredients, or done with no effort. Had an order for the crispy cantina taco meal which comes with two tacos, a drink, and chips & cheese. They had no more chips so they gave me cinnamon twists instead, and the bag legit had four pieces. Open my tacos and one has no chicken, the other has no sauce or cheese, and both shells are stale. Did not give me a receipt so I was unable to get a refund. This place is a joke, drive the extra 10 minutes to another location.
