Woah, a latina women was super rude to me when I was picking up my online order thru the drive thru. What was that about. She should definitely be fired cuz I won't be going back there. She's probably mad because I made my order at 3am. Then don't worn there if u don't like it but don't bully customers.

With respect, I ordered lunch from Taco Bell through DoorDash, and while the experience was convenient, it was a bit disappointing. The taco meat was cold, and the hard shell taco was soggy—not as crispy and crunchy as advertised, which was a letdown.
That said, I want to thank the Taco Bell staff for their efforts, especially during this time when having a delivery option is such a blessing while I’m healing from my second breast cancer surgery. I also really appreciated that everything was sealed and secure, with clear evidence of no tampering—it gave me peace of mind about my food.
A big shoutout to the DoorDash driver for respecting the sign on my door regarding my Pomeranian. His care and thoughtfulness made a difference. While the food didn’t fully meet expectations, the convenience and attention to detail made the experience manageable.

When you add sour cream, they shoot the sour cream on one area instead of throughout the burritos. I'm sure they're not putting enough as well. For 90 cents, it's ridiculous.
I'm going to say I made an order because YouTube gave me a voucher and I put it in at 2:00 everything concerned with cheese and I totally forgot about it I got to the place around 11:00 and I called it in and they said to come to drive through can you believe they had it ready hot and said thank you and they wanted to know why I forgot and I told him I was too busy but they had a smile in the face and everything was good So do I recommend this Taco Bell I definitely do everybody that works that have a smile on their face and they were just smiling and laughing Yes this is what we need people like that they can make your day thumbs up for them
