Just came through the drive through here at this location and the lady at the speaker was rushing us saying to hurry because of the line and then stated if we didn’t hurry her manager was gonna go through the window or something. I have no idea what she was going through if she was joking or not but then I get home and there barely anything in my taco like I know Taco Bell doesn’t have a good customer service reputation but this is unbelievable lol and very inappropriate to be rushing customers especially when there three cars in drive through!

This place is horrible. They need to be taught customer service. That means acknowledging customers as they walk in and not have an attitude because they’re busy. Instead of ignoring me what should have happened was acknowledge the fact that I was there by saying “hello I’m sorry for the delay we are working as fast as possible. But not at this location. You get ignored and if you question anyone they also ignore you.

Came for a late night snack, was the only car in the drive through. whoever the girl running the drive-thru was made this the best taco bell experience I've ever had. Typically, I hold taco bell as one of the worst-service fast food chains where I try to limit my human interaction as much as possible, but this specific location and employee definitely improved my view. Considering she is working the night shift on a Monday morning, her positive attitude and politeness was a happy surprise. Even though I tried to order an item only on the mobile app, she was very polite and informed me that's why I couldn't find it on the menu (duh!). The gentleman who handed us our food was also very quick, the entire experience lasted probably four minutes of my time, with two of those minutes being taken up by my indecisiveness with ordering. 10/10 Taco Bell!

Terrible service. Denied me picking up order at drive thru-then 15 min later (the time it took me to contact uber eats and learn that it isn’t Uber eats policy that I have to pick up inside) Then when I went inside was advised my order had already been picked up. Then was told oh it was ready an hour ago which wasn’t true. I never got my order. $30 lesson learned I will never order from this location again and you would be saving yourself a nightmare by following that advice.

First, I asked for extra cheese and paid for extra cheese on my fiesta potatoes; there was hardly any cheese at all—not even enough for the original amount. Second, you forgot my drink, and my nacho fries were upside down in the bag.
