This place is great. But the short young black girl that worked on Sunday afternoon, needs an attitude adjustment. I simply asked her if i could swap my chocolate whey for vanilla whey. Without asking anyone she told me it was too late. So I walked up to the window and asked the girl making my smoothie who happily accommodated me. All while she was eating Halloween candy and applying her lip gloss. Your not going to get far with that attitude.

This place is worth your time. Great welcoming team the handful of times I’ve come here. If you are looking for a protein smoothie in the morning they have whey and vegan (chocolate and vanilla and they sell the protein powder. And oats, chia seeds, and so many other healthy add ins. The number of other smoothie and food options are amazing.

Found this place on accident one day and what a pleasant little surprise it was! Have been a few times now and tried a couple different smoothies. (PB is my favorite) Appreciate the discounts offered and it's nice to have a place with some healthy options as opposed to all the fast food chains around! The staff has always been, nice, helpful and willing to make suggestions. Haven't tried the food yet that's my next trip! Always willing to support local and fellow first responder run businesses. Try it you definitely won't be disappointed.

I had a great experience at this smoothie shop! I ordered the chicken and cheese quesadilla along with a mango smoothie, and both were absolutely delicious. The quesadilla was hot and cheesy, the mango smoothie was fresh, flavorful, and refreshing—just what I needed. To top it off, they gave me a discount for being a nurse, which I really appreciated.
