I have been to this restaurant many times , but honestly this time unfortunately left a bad taste in my mouth. There is this male server with long blonde hair, who stole tip money from me before (I left a cash tip and handed it to him directly and crossed out the tip on the receipt, when I saw the charge on my credit account it showed my bill being more then what I signed for ... so he got cash AND put in card tip which I did NOT authorize). I called and they refunded my card tip, and I was willing to overlook the matter because I gave him the benefit of maybe being a new server. Today I went in to order ONE boba drink , I understand a longer wait time if it is extremely busy, but truthfully it was not. After waiting 10 minutes, I asked the same blonde worker mentioned above how much long. He informed me in a very belittling tone that the store has a 20 minute wait policy (which is weird because many times before I got my order sooner when the store was busier). Whatever I sat back down and wait, another 6 minutes goes by and no drink, BUT the person who also ordered one drink after me got hers first. I got fed up and walked to the boba counter because at this point I have waited almost 20 minutes for one drink when the store is not busy. Come to find out, my drink was just sitting there at the counter waiting to be brought to the to go waiting area.

Miso soup was ok. Fried chicken nuggets and the chicken ramen meat were suspect. Not sure where they got that chicken but it didn't look nor taste right. The veggies and egg was old. Felt like I got the show food that sat in the display. Definitely wasted money.

I went to token about 9pm last night seen a guy cleaning standing on something where a person was cooking ordered my chicken hibachi
Went home to find a pebble (rock in my food )
Unacceptable I have visited this place every Thursday for a month straight never had a problem but I would like a new meal or a refund with new meal because that was not what I wanted when I got home to eat my food
I will be returning today to token to inform them and show pictures I was on the phone with my girl and told her immediately and was so angry because I was so hungry
It pissed me all the way off
Hoping when I return it I will get accommodated or something I really didn’t want to leave a bad review but things happen so we must address it

This is my second visit, and I love it. I had a spicy Tonkotsu ramen with a Gyoza appetizer. They were delicious! It's not too spicy but perfectly tasty. We definitely will be back. The service was wonderful also, I like the environment.

Two stars for nice friendly staff. Ramen utterly tasteless. I will not be back.

What started out as an amazing ramen place has quickly turned into them cutting portion sizes in half! Very disappointing after having come here half a dozen times. Maybe they will fix it but we won’t be back to find out. A shame since their ramen is delicious but we have to go find more food to eat tonight.
