i came near 8pm with my family and got the worst customer service from Pablo. He shoved ice cream into my aunts hand and slammed the door in our faces when asking for something as little as napkins and even put a wait time on ordering for 5-10 min and to add onto that 2 of our orders weren’t even right!

Went 1 hour and half before closing. Was told they have already closed the dipping stations. I was denied a dipper cone when I was there before plenty of time before closing. I have been going to twistee treat since a child, and never have seen such horrible service.
The best soft serve ice cream! Employees are always kids, so you never know what you're going to get. I've had really nice kids, but I've also had some really rude kids at the window. I've called them out, and they just don't give a shit. Pretty sad... I always get a large cone. Sometimes, it's large, and other times, I question the size because it's ridiculously small. But arguing with kids will get you nowhere! So I've found through experience.
BUT I CAN PUT UP WITH A LITTLE BS FOR THIS DELICIOUS ICE CREAM! My dog LOVES his free pup cup when we come through... so thank you!
