Frankie’s is as real as it gets for an Italian deli in Florida. I go back whenever I’m in the area. Very impressed with the sandwiches that offer NY staples like a chicken parm or chop cheese. The pizza is also pretty comparable to what you find commonly in NY.
NY born and raised and this place gets a huge stamp of approval. I HATE when a place claims to “fly their water in” and whatever. It still tastes like Florida garbage pizza. This place is the only one I’ve found in 5 years that actually means it. I’d eat here everyday if I could afford it.

The ice cream was good and I’m sure the food is great too but I won’t go back because of how rude the girl was working the register. Customer service is half of what keeps people coming back. They need to manage their staff better. I’d give it 5 stars if there was one smile and polite person greeting you.

Terrible horrible service, I ordered 3 Acai bowls with Bananas mango and blueberry, peanutbutter and Nutella, it cost me $75 for my total order, the girl handed me my order and said sorry we are out of Asai so I used passion fruit, she did not I clue mango, or peanut butter, they tasted disgusting, and to top it off she charged me for a order of mozerella sticks that I did not order, horrible terrible experience, please stay away,
