My experience was not what I expected, lemonade with coconut was good but the steak did not have great flavor and seemed as if it were reheated and with a lot of fat served, which if it is cooked on the grill it does not have to be like that, the mashed potatoes ask If it was natural they told me yes, but the taste of it had nothing to do with the natural one. I had other expectations with Vacuno and I had to change them ⭐️⭐️

The food is really good and was fresh. I ordered $120 of food and drinks and they charged for each little 1 ounce cup of sauce. Was charged $6 for sauce. My gawd, I am spending $100 in just meats and you can’t give any sauce for it!?!? Just was shaking my head.

This food truck is a gem hidden in plain sight. If you don’t know what to get just order the 1lb platter and get to try a little bit of everything. I recommend you pair it with some maduros and yuca fries or French fries then finish off with some churros.The food takes a few minutes to prepare but it comes out perfect it’s not your average food truck meats, this is restaurant level and for the price it’s a crazy value.

One word.. Wow! We were blown away with how delicious this place was. I got the chorizo meal and boyfriend had the picanha. Everything was so fresh, and great quality down to the maduros. Sauces were amazing we wished we could buy a bottle?. Highly recommend and will definitely come back.

What a fun little area with multiple food choices and what looked like a dessert spot. I personally only went for Vacunos but there were tacos it looked like and a couple other choices. I was hungry one night and didn't feel like cooking and this little hidden gem was about a 10 min drive from me. I really wasn't sure what to expect but I saw charcoal and meat and I was sold (from Yelp). Was not at all disappointed!! I ended up going with the picanha (1/2 lb) with a side of beans and of course, maduros (sweet plantains, my favorite). I took this to go, but they do have outdoor seating, like little patio benches that was pretty spacious. It is right next to a gas station but the ambiance was still very inviting. Service was quick and friendly! The meat was cooked to absolute perfection as I had asked for medium rare and got just that. The maduros were insanely good and the black beans were seasoned perfectly. I will say it's slightly pricey for the portion of meat, but the sides made up for that and really, the meat was perfect. I would definitely come back here to try some other cuts of meat in the future!

The place has tables and nice decorations to sit outside on a cooler day. The food on the other hand was underwhelming. I got the mixed platter, and the meat was kind of plain. The chimichurri was too liquidy and lacking flavors, also. Can’t say that i would come back but i’m from another state and used to more flavorful food. However, seems like a lot of people come to buy food here so I wish their business the best.
