I wish the new owners luck but they won't be seeing our group any time soon. I don't like to be told the mandatory tip request (18%). Then after signing my debit card receipt they're asking for MORE tip there. They also tacted sales tax on the tip. Also we clearly asked if they offered any senior discounts. She answered No.

Can they not do anything right literally every time I order they forget something 3 times my order didn’t have the bacon it’s supposed to come with 5 times I told them add syrup to my order on the phone and they didn’t

Stopped in today for a birthday breakfast and both food and service was great. However, when I got the bill there was an 18% service fee added. It seems, without notice, they are now adding the tip. Now I have experienced this when you have a larger party, but we were just 2 and paid almost 7 dollars of 'service fee'. We always tip, but to have it forced is not good business especially when you are paying and the system asks you if you wish to tip, not add additional. Very misleading if you are not paying attention. I will not be dinning in, just takeout on some occasions. Sad reality. I really like this place.

I will never go back here! 18% gratuity is outrageous. The server never once refilled my glass. She talked more to the people she knew behind us than anyone else. They got the great service. The food wasn't too bad but the service needs a boost especially if you're going to be charging an 18% gratuity. That's pretty much like saying you can give whatever service you'd like because you'll get a tip no matter what! No thank you. I've heard of this on big tables but not just 2 people. Hope you enjoyed my money because you'll never get it again! Terrible!!
Food was really good services also place still looks like you going back on time to the 80’s the only complaint after the appearance is that they are charging taxes after the tips that means that they are charging taxes for the tips when you go to the counter to pay after you pass the card it shows the tips again so if you don’t pay attention they will charge you for the tips twice. But be aware is illegal that they charge tax after they apply the tips. You have to tell them to make you a new receipt only with the food and the tax then you add the tips.

My husband and I had a lovely meal there. I got grilled lemon chicken smothered in spinach, artichokes and tomatoes. The artichokes were the best tasting ones I've ever eaten. Our waitress was great. It was quiet and really nice!
