When I first came in here, a lady asked me if I wanted some milk, but she didn't tell me that it costed money. I only found out when I looked at my receipt and I paid more than the classic waffle I got. In which I looked at their menu online and apparently, they charge $3 for a glass of milk. So not only do you have workers that don't tell you that milk cost money here, but it cost a lot more than it should.
Like seriously, $3 for a glass of milk? I can buy a gallon of that for the same price at Walmart. But y'all charge 10x that? No wonder fights go on at these places.

Although it was busy when we got in, we were acknowledged and serviced to the best of the staff's abilities. I believe our waitress's name was Autumn and she was really nice.

This place is super popular, and extremely busy. There was a line and no open tables. There is no signs telling you to check in so they can seat you. If you stay in line, you will be over-looked. The waitresses are responsible for cleaning off the tables. If they dont notice the party left, you wait until they do and clean off the table. The place is out dated, the seating is limited and there are alot of employees.

I love late night waffle house. Yes I gave it 5 stars because where else can you go for bacon, waffles, or a greasy burger at 3am. There is always something going on so it is like a dinner and a show. Staff is always humorous. I am sure they wonder what in the world is this family doing up in here at this hour. We knew the staff at the one close to where we use to leave.
Food is great, staff was pleasant. Only issue was the change syrup the little red packets taste different. It taste a little like teriyaki sauce with burban. Bring back the old syrup container with the waffle label pls.

Showed up to your waffle house with my family upon entry seen two dirty tables and a dirty bar after five minutes, asked somebody to clean them off as a bunch of people jumped me in line sat at the bar, sat at the dirty tables and I was the one waiting Your staff was too busy playing and taking pictures with their friends to do their jobs correctly. Thank you for this experience. I hope I shared it visually with you.

I always say I don’t want to go to Waffle House but the food and service get me everytime lol KATIE in this location is absolutely wonderful - her service is immaculate, always smiling and catering to her guests. She’s on point and never leaves a glass unfilled. We only experienced her as a server BUT everyone that works at this location is very friendly and nice. Keep up the great work guys it does not go unnoticed!
