Visited 3 times, once the door was locked when it shouldn't be (7am). Managers don't seem to care. Third and final visit, employees seemed to be more concerned with their phones than customers. I always left empty handed.
Wow !! Everything we ate was delicious 😋! We brought the biggie bag 🎒 and a Baconator meal !! All of our food was hot 🔥 and cooked to perfection 👌!

The girl behind the counter was not too happy to be there. I stood there about 5 minutes before she spoke to me and took my order. It was not a great experience.
It's pretty much always a wait when you go here no matter how many people are there and for the time it takes to get your food, it seems to always be lukewarm or one part of the meal is cold. The service is subpar based on my last interaction waiting 10-20 minutes in line to be told they are shutting the system off for whatever reason. I used to go here frequently but after my last experience and multiple times of receiving food borderline inedible, I would highly recommend taking your money elsewhere for a meal.
Lately every time we come by the people are extremely disrespectful and never get our order right.
One of the best Wendy's I have eaten at. The staff is excellent. The facility is clean and well maintained.

They got upset when I needed to change my order. They didn't give me my fries so I had to circle around the drive thru then they didn't give my daughter her juice. I asked for a receipt. They conveniently said machine was broken. Wont be back.

My husband just went through the drive through, came home with nothing we ordered. The old fashions just had a pickle, the burgers were dry, we obviously got someone's triple burger, everything just sucked, threw out 30.00 with of food.
Used to be a really well run store. Now you have to go back to have your food remade because it wasn't made correctly the first time. Manager started locking the doors at 1830 as I was walking up to get my sandwich remade. Cashier inside took my sandwich and handed it to the sandwich maker. Pretty sure I got handed back the same sandwich after as the wrapped felt like it was refolded. Have not been to this store in years, but will definitely not be back any time soon.
I waited behind a guy for 20 ,minutes before giving up and going around him At around 10:50 PM after the screen told him thank you and to pull forward and he just sat there for 20 minutes; I explained this to the staff when I pulled up to pick up an Uber eats order I make next next to nothing on and she made me go around and wait in line again rather than handing me the already made order waisting even more of my time than I already wastes sitting behind the blind moron in the truck in front of me. They were also rude and inconsiderate with an attitude problem 2 BFs in drive thru. This was on Wed Dec 18 2024
Tried the new Salted Caramel Frosty and sorry to say, I am not a fan. Too sweet. Nothing will replace the original!
Angel and Nia are the best. They made our experience here at this location. They were so kind, courteous, and helpful. They need to get raises or rewarded for their great job that they do there. The food was amazingly cooked and they were so attentive to all of our needs. They went above and beyond. Angel and Nia.... Thank You!!!!
