On 1/17/26, I purchased food here for the second time, and unfortunately it was just as disappointing as my first experience. The food was unpleasant, and my order was made incorrectly. I will not be ordering from here again. I also did not feel comfortable requesting a correction due to the manager—an older woman with short hair—who had a very bad attitude. Additionally, I strongly dislike the AI order taker. I will be going elsewhere in the future.

They gave me the wrong order missing 3 double stacks cold fries. I tell them the order is wrong, Than the girl with the long blond braids tell me not my problem move out the line.

I placed a pickup order today, and when I picked it up, not only was my food cold, but it was also incorrect. My order was missing sauces, and instead of regular chicken nuggets, I received three spicy nuggets. I was not informed they were spicy before giving them to my children, who have milk allergies. Spicy nuggets contain milk, which could have caused a serious allergic reaction.
Additionally, the young lady at the drive-through window was laughing and horsing around. She handed over the drinks and bags without any professionalism.
Due to this experience, I will never return to this location again.

Hair in my sandwich today, cold fries and staff. As a family, we probably go to Wendy’s at least once a week. It’s a childhood favorite but this location has the worst attitudes and the food is cold. I have never been treated like I am a bother. Let your staff know that I appreciate them! Now I made up my mind… now I’m done with Wendy’s. It will be better for us anyways. I will just cook at home. Thanks for your disgusting food and attitudes!

We came to order and once we played our our the young lady instantly said to me they don’t have enough cash back because I handed her a $100 bill and then she goes and double check and then says we don’t have enough in the draw and said “have a nice day and close the window on me”

They missed the nuggets combo, I had 4 combos, I understand that they were busy, but when I drove all the way back the store manager at the time, a blonde lady, maybe late 50s o early 60s she dined that the employee gave me a refill, she wanted me to pay after they made the mistake, I only wanted the nuggets so my son could eat, the correct way would had been take the whole order back and they make it again so everything could be fresh and not stale frys, That is the last time I will eat in there!!!

Ordered two double stacks. Came on old crusty patties, with one pickle, one single strand, of onion and no mustard.
Also the employees were complaining and swearing at each other at the window while we were trying to pay.
This is consistently the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Needs to be shut down.

The AI drive thru sucks, get rid of that crap. No one inside is listening to help. McDonald’s at least does that! No one inside to help, restaurant was empty. Poor service!

I visited this place around 6:30 PM and ordered chicken tenders, which is fairly new on the menu. When I pulled up to the window, they told me it would take six minutes. I was a little upset, but a Cook overheard my conversation and calmly said it should only take 3 to 4 minutes that he already put them in the fryer. They asked me to pull off to the side and wait and when he delivered the food to my vehicle, he was very apologetic and very nice while serving me my food. I was very pleased with the way this kid took his time to remain calm and professional, while I might have seemed upset about how long it would take to order fast food. Not too often do you see this situation occur while ordering fast food. Congrats to the managers and the staff that maintain this protocol because there were several employees that remain calmand try to make me feel comfortable and satisfied. I would definitely feel good about visiting this fast food chain in the future.

If you want your food to be completely messed up from what you ordered eat here doesn't matter how you order from the drive through or off the app 100% chance.They will mess up your order has happened over ten times this is the closest one to my house , but i'm going to start making the further drive now
