This used to be a good Wendy’s. Whoever is managing this store needs to be retrained because the staff are rude, and rush every interaction. When you try to match the pace they want, they scold you and tell you to slow down.Stay away from this Wendy’s. It’s no good.

This young lady that took our was very respectful & did her job well. Pulled up to the window and the manager was eating and drinking being Very sassy. I was asked to move up because the fries & nuggets were cooking but when the order came out both was not hot, like they were dipped back in the oil. I will not revisit this store again.

Ordered meals for my family, after sitting at the drive thru window receiving half my order, I continued to wait for the rest of my order, was asked twice what I needed. I told the guy I need the rest of my food, he told me he gave it to me. I told him no I was missing a complete meal and additional fries and burgers. A woman came and asked for the bags back to check, Like I was lying to them. She confirmed I was missing items. While waiting even longer to get my meals the people in the kitchen were running their mouth about me wanting the correct items.. first off, learn how to properly bag items together by the meal instead of throwing three burgers in one bag. Second of all learn some customer service skills. I could understand if the line was busy but the parking lot was empty, no one in front of me at all, and one car behind me. Totally ridiculous.

If I could give a rating on stupidity it would be 5/5. We ordered online, you need to hire better people. Cause you people are either stupid or don’t know how to read. Probably both. Y’all missed drinks, and messed up the food, apparently y’all need to also re-learn how to make frosty’s (more like let’s just give the customer barely frozen chocolate milk and just call it a day.) and gave us the wrong sauces we DIDN’T ask for. Learn to read a freaking ticket. I’ve work in the food industry, I can possibly do it better than you. Maybe hire some people that have actually passed 1st grade and know how to freaking read and can follow directions.

I came through the drive thru. However after completing my order, I wanted a salad and was told that they don't do add ons at the window. I asked why the lady stated they don't want to hold up the line because of the other customers that are behind. When did that become a customer problem especially when you applied for this job. I will definitely won't be returning to that Wendy's at all. When you get folks that only want to do part of the job. Thanks but I'm good
