AI ordering system that is frustrating to use and still got the order wrong. Got the wrong sandwich and was missing food. Tried to go back through the drive thru and they wouldn't fix it unless I went inside. Cashier at the drive thru was rude.

Hadn't eaten all day. Stopped in hoping to get even a smashed chicken sandwich but the one I got was like rubber and couldn't eat some of it cause it was hard as a rock. Even my low expectations were too high. 💩

You would think that using AI to take people's orders would make the staff inside have an easier time with their jobs and perform better. That would be incorrect. Our order was missing items, we did not get a receipt and the cashier was rude.
