Will not be back. Went in today for breakfast with my daughter. Went to the counter to order and the gentleman behind the counter didn’t say anything except for “kiosk”. I asked if we could order from him instead as we had special orders on her food. He told me no and we turned around and left. The absurdity that I could have gone to my truck and gone through the drive through to order instead is hilarious.

Today is Sunday, Dec. 1st, 2024 the time was 1:15 p.m. and I stopped by this Wendy on Gibsonton in Riverview, Florida and was informed by the voice on the speaker in the drive through that I would have to wait 15 minutes to order. I asked if I could wait in line and she said NO !🤔🤨

Came by at 9pm on 11/25. There were two girls working- One was super nice and the other was super rude. I wish I had gotten their names but it was such a short interaction. Still can’t believe the attitude I was given ordering a soda.

It’s 10:30 pm on Sat night 11/23/24 & I just went through the drive thru at Wendy’s on Gibsonton in Riverview Florida. I got cinnamon roll & extra large fry. I ate a fry right after I pulled out & not only were the fries not hot, they weren’t even warm. More like room temperature. I just called to tell them & told the person who answered the phone. They didn’t seem at all concerned or like they wanted to make it good at all. I said maybe I’ll go to McDonald’s next time. They said “ok go to McDonald’s next time & I’ll let my manager know,” then hung up. Edited to add I also tried the cinnamon roll. It was cold & it was so hard you could break a window with it. So that whole trip was a waste.

I ordered two meals with shakes and a extra large fry and they forgot two of my frys with the meals so before leaving. I guess now I have to check my bag as it wasn't busy so I don't get how they for get the frys!!! But they were only taking cash because there card system was down.

Don’t matter to me if that’s not what you ordered it’s your food. These employees keep getting more and more ratchet. You have one job and it’s to listen if you can’t even do that then clock out and go home.

The man that works weekday mornings is so incredibly rude and unprofessional.
Poor service. They close the door before hours and refuse service. I wish this was the first time but unfortunately it's not.

Visited Sunday nov 3, arrived at 11:10am, was the only costumer, there were 2 employees in drive thru including manager and 3 in the kitchen. Stood in the register until 11:18 am and noone said Welcome or we be right with you, they kept serving drive thru area and never acknowledged us standing at the register. At 11:18 I said excuse me and got ignored by all the employees, I said excuse me a second time and another employee comes with the money box for the register and walks to the front saying "i was counting money" with a snarky attitude. Then sarcastically says welcome to Wendy may I take your order?
Staff is rude, have no manners when it comes to customer service, whoever hires employees here need to be more discerning in picking employees (i used to work in a fast food when younger and our manager ensured we were welcoming to customers, etc).
Bathroom- gross, toilets were disgusting and it was only 11 am, same with dining room floors, dirty stains everywhere.
I have also passed a few times before thru drive thru and employees most of the time rush you to take your order and are plain rude, "hello", "have a nice day", "thank you" is not existent in their vocabulary".

I was so pleasantly surprised with how amazing of an experience I had! My food was ALL fresh (3burgers 1 chicken sandwich and 2 fries!) amazing job guys!❤️❤️
