AI ordering system that is frustrating to use and still got the order wrong. Got the wrong sandwich and was missing food. Tried to go back through the drive thru and they wouldn't fix it unless I went inside. Cashier at the drive thru was rude.

You would think that using AI to take people's orders would make the staff inside have an easier time with their jobs and perform better. That would be incorrect. Our order was missing items, we did not get a receipt and the cashier was rude.
