I don't know what's going on with this.Wendy's but it is falling off. Food is old cold. Both of mine junior bacon's didn't even have lettuce on it.

Tried to come in this afternoon but could not get service. The two “managers” working the drive thru refused to help the front desk girl who was also filling mobile orders and running the fryer all by herself. They also refused to let her take counter orders even though we’d all been standing there for forever. Need better managers that will actually help serve customers.

This Wendy’s location was a complete disaster. My order was missing items, and I waited nearly 20 minutes in the drive-thru only to come home and reheat everything myself. To make matters worse, the hot chili sauce packet was completely clear not red as it should be which was absolutely disgusting. This experience was unacceptable, and I will never be returning.

The employee at the window was incredibly rude when I showed my phone to scan for points and a free 6 piece through the app, she yelled at me and said that the scanner wasn't working and she couldn't scan my phone. Then when it went through she gave me more attitude, slammed the window and started yelling and cussing at other employees about how she hated when people wanted to use the app. I asked if it took the 6 piece cost off of my total and she told me no. I told her I had a free 6 piece through the app and she told me the system wasn't working so she would just take it off the order. When she handed me my food there wasn't a 6 piece nugget in the bag, I asked where it was and she told me she took it off the order so it didn't charge me, even though it was free from using the coupon on the app. Then refused to give me the nuggets after it took the 6 nuggets off my app. The food was also cold and old. Do not eat here.

wish i didn’t have to do this but dined in recently and noticed MOLD on the walls halfway through my meal. the employees are always so amazing and calm under pressure as this location can get so busy but i just wish management did something about the cleanliness of the store. food is good for me as well so this is unfortunate. also dont make your employees clean the mold, its too hazardous (been there done that). obviously ventilation and professional cleaning needs to be updated (MANAGEMENT ISSUE).

Always a great stop for a quick meal! The food is fresh, the fries and nuggets are always hot, and the staff is friendly and efficient. Consistently one of the better fast food spots around.

Went through the drive through tonight and was so hungry. I was at the hospital all day with my mom and hadn't had a chance to eat anything so when I got my order I was so grateful for some hot food. Erika gave a friendly customer service experience, they remembered the ghost pepper sauce for me, and the fries were hot! Thank you Erika and for the managers working with her tonight. Made the end to my day a little sweeter.

Spent 10 mins in front of the register, all employees and the manager looked at me and continued to work the drive tru like I haven't been there standing for the pass 10 mins, I didnt want to use my debit I wanted to pay cash but finished paying with my card on the self order screen, unacceptable for a manager and employees to complete ignore walk ins just because they want us to us the self order screen, I was pretty much force to use my debit card or go eat somewhere else. They all need to get fired and find better employees and manager, ridiculous.

In terms of service, there was no sense of urgency whatsoever from any of the staff. Two of the women were talking to each other without addressing their full line in the drive through, literally stopping work to continue their conversation, nor addressing the long flowing line of receipts coming in for mobile orders. The food is Wendy’s, hard to mess up I guess. Not for them. It’s not hard to be kind. Only one woman was ‘attempting’ to work. Bless her heart. It’s not hard to put some effort into work. The floors and walls are sticky. I wish I was leaving a better review.
