The people who are on shift Wednesday at 12:16am the girl is very rude through the drive through I have came here twice to pick up a door dash order and she is very very very rude and does not do her job like it's supposed to be done. Very un professional.

My husband called me at 4:23 to tell me he had just gotten my taco salad from Wendy's on 13119 US-301, Riverview, FL 33578. He never got a receipt so I don't have an order number but he went through the drive thru and only ordered the salad. When he got home I opened the salad and the cheese on top smelled like spoiled milk, so I removed it. Under neat most of the salad was slimy and I removed the bad pieces. I added the dressing and tried it and it tasted like I had just drank spoiled milk. It was horrible. I felt bad because my husband had went there just on my request in between work so I tried eating just the chili and the nacho chips. The chips tasted stale and when I checked the package it had an expiration date of Jul 28 2025. The chili beans were so hard even after heating it up three times it did not soften. At that point I got sick and couldn't hold anything down. I looked up the store online and was trying to find where to leave a message on the website. I only saw address and phone number. SO I called and spoke with Amber who said she had just started her shift at 5pm and would remove the product from the line and gladly replace my food or give me a refund. I'm pregnant and don't want to risk trying anything else and I'm also concerned that if this location has an expired product from July without going noticed then I did not feel I would get anything good quality honestly. I've been having a horrible stomach pain since attempting to eat this food. I want a refund and for all mgmt. to be aware so that this would not happen to anyone else.

I wouldn't normally leave a review for fast food, you know what you're getting. I do like the biscuits and gravy here, but the thing that really just irritates me is the price of their soft drinks. I think it was over $3 for a medium soft drink. And of course I didn't look at the menu, so my bad, but that is absolutely mental and I will never order another soft drink. Just some things are entirely outside the realm of what's reasonable and that's one of them. So eat the food if you want but don't fall for that soft drink bull....

This place is garbage. Dead roaches by the wall. The service is garbage. I eyeballed by the manager because I was waiting for lunch time to hit and it was only minute away. Felt like he was prejudice because I was white.

They don’t change their oil. I ate here a couple of times and it always made me sick and you can sell that dirty grease from outside their store. Staff are rude, they give you 1 sauce for you 10pcs chicken nuggets and if you ask for another one they’ll tell you it’s extra. DONT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT FOOD POISONING WITH YOUR FOOD‼️‼️

Get rid of the AI drive thru ordering!

They advertise that the dont cut corners but every corner has been cut. Uses Ai for the drive-thru and still gets your order order. When you ask for a live person. Your order will still be wrong. Ai wont let you order more than 1 sauce either. Missing items , messed up orders. Long lines for the most below average meal you can get Dave Thomas would be ashamed.

I never write reviews. When I say never, I’m 42 and I’ve written maybe 5 reviews in my entire life & they’ve all been positive. I don’t see the need to be negative but this was just not ok.
Rude! Rude! RUDE! Customer service was less than a One Star. They got my entire order wrong; everything from missing items to the wrong items being placed in the bag. I thought I got the wrong order but I was the only one the line, so there goes that excuse. As a society we have to do better. Oh and there was a freaking hair in my food to boot! Never again!
