It's a fast food joint, biggest issue is parking, there is almost none, if you doing drive through you good, staff inside was nice

What a disappointment… to order there is not even a person anymore but an AI machine that doesn’t allow to choose drinks or to ask questions so after we got our order wrong because that machine doesn’t work, we drove to the window and when we were asking the question about the drinks they just close the window on our face what a rude and impolite customer service
We drove away sorry Wendy’s you lost a customer at this location and in any future one that you have an AI machine to get my order

Hands down best Wendy's! Food is always ready when I order ahead. If something is missing or messed up, they are happy to fix it. If I could suggest anything would be more greetings and smiles in the drive thru. The ladies in the drive thru are kind and it goes a long way. After a long day at work, rush to pick up kids then grab food, you ladies are so sweet. I truly appreciate it.

I’m guessing the night shift cant read tonight. I ordered a sour cream and chive potato but received neither sour cream or chives. It’s just sad when you can’t even do a fast food job correctly. Don’t order delivery from this restaurant, they seem to think they can send customers anything on top of the night shift workers not having any common sense.

The worst. I haven't had Wendy's in a minute. I went while my ma was in Walmart they had me pull up and park due to making fresh meat. I waited and waited 12 minutes. My burger was cold and pink inside the cheese wasn't melithe overall sandwich was cold!!!! What did I wait for and I didn't have time to go bk. The worst.

So unfortunately I purchased a Biggie bag the fries had no salt, the chicken nuggets were hard but the worst thing was the chicken sandwich tasted like card board and the drinks were not filled to the top as usual. They said they ran out of drinks. So overall bad service, a refund would’ve been appropriate

Weird encounter today, I came through the drive thru out and was asked to drive around again and get back in line to get my order because they are on a timer?!? Anyway anytime I wait I’m thinking hot fresh fries but no, everything in the bag was cold. :(

Came thru the drive thru nobody answered. The automated system wasn't working,we pulled up to the window one employee was doing her hair while on the phone at the register, the manager was eating and another employee was on her phone with the drive thru window open didnt acknowledge me so we drove off and went to the mcdonalds across the street. Very ghetto

As the other reviews said they charge me incorrectly as well, the place is empty for a reason and the employees are unsanitary one with an huge open wound working.. hope they get new staff right away. Everyone has an attitude and no one helps you here. If your food is messed up or even missing- too bad so sad they say. Calling corporate

Ordered on Uber eats, entire order was wrong, missing items and gave me someone else’s food, they refunded me, so I reordered to get my missing items, that order was wrong too and missing items, just a complete clown show

I stopped at this Wendy's for a bowl of chili. I only wanted a bowl of chili to bring back home as a side dish for the lunch my wife was preparing.
I'm pretty sure that AI was going to blow a circuit about my order, so I drove up to where you pay.
I told a young lady that I only wanted a bowl of chili, and she said, 'That's a lunch item, and we don't serve lunch yet.' I said I'm sorry. I will take it cold; I don't mind heating it up at the house. Please, I only want a bowl of chili. Chili isn't available until lunchtime, sir. Can I have it cold? No, Chili isn't available until lunchtime. Okay, I'll go to another Wendy's cuz you obviously don't want to work with me, and it is 9:55 a.m. Sunday morning, October 5th.
