Came thru the drive thru nobody answered. The automated system wasn't working,we pulled up to the window one employee was doing her hair while on the phone at the register, the manager was eating and another employee was on her phone with the drive thru window open didnt acknowledge me so we drove off and went to the mcdonalds across the street. Very ghetto

As the other reviews said they charge me incorrectly as well, the place is empty for a reason and the employees are unsanitary one with an huge open wound working.. hope they get new staff right away. Everyone has an attitude and no one helps you here. If your food is messed up or even missing- too bad so sad they say. Calling corporate

I stopped at this Wendy's for a bowl of chili. I only wanted a bowl of chili to bring back home as a side dish for the lunch my wife was preparing. I'm pretty sure that AI was going to blow a circuit about my order, so I drove up to where you pay. I told a young lady that I only wanted a bowl of chili, and she said, 'That's a lunch item, and we don't serve lunch yet.' I said I'm sorry. I will take it cold; I don't mind heating it up at the house. Please, I only want a bowl of chili. Chili isn't available until lunchtime, sir. Can I have it cold? No, Chili isn't available until lunchtime. Okay, I'll go to another Wendy's cuz you obviously don't want to work with me, and it is 9:55 a.m. Sunday morning, October 5th.

Came to this location late. 12pm. They have a hour left of service. And as a former food accociate. I know what this feels like when trying to prepare to leave for the eavening. Was scheptical seing the crew chillin in the dinning areah, but was l wrong! Very paicent ordering experience giving no line so no time for the wife to pre oder haha! Then they jumpped into action and had us paid with all 4 drinks ready. 2 sodas and 2 frostys one being a special item offered currently (oreo whatever its called). Then food maybe 60 sec later. In and out flawlessly in 4 min. Great job!

I am very understanding when businesses are a bit overloaded with demanding customers. I was very respectful when I had to let them know when they did not include any of the nugget orders I put in. Usually as long as it is a quick fix I would never complain, but when the other half of my order is triple burgers and all I have is singles..... it makes sense why when I was in the store multiple people were yelling at the staff. While I don't condone aggressive behavior. customers are paying for a service that this location is constantly struggling to provide.
