Best as a take-out or delivery. The staff is nice, but was distracted by "the game" we received our baked dish way before our appetizers. The calzone was made as requested, buy the wings and onion rings tasted as if the fry oil might need to be changed. We came in later in the day, 5pm. Decent food for the price, but nothing special.

The pizza was not fresh and they charged my card for the wrong order so they had to run it twice but who cares. Just give me fresh pizza if I order it 30 minutes ahead of time. The crust was dry and stale. So ridiculous!

I ordered for pick up here and when I got here and paid I was charged for the wrong order, okay cool. Then to find out the pizza I received was not even fresh, it wasn't even hot I can tell when the box is cold. Why not make a fresh pizza when you have the time? We like fresh pizza just in case we save it for the next day. Give people what they pay for not trash. Thanks

If you want low quality pizza for a gourmet price, make sure you go to Westshore. Wings were horrible, soggy. Pizza was gross, woulda rather went to little Caesars and save 35 bucks

Had some issues with ordering but the problem was resolved as quickly as possible. Chad was very helpful on the phone and made sure that customer satisfaction was achieved to the best of his ability.

Typically when I order from here I've never had an issue. But tonight the sandwiches barely had any meat. And those were supposed to be Philly cheese steak. And the fries were completely over cooked. I'm hoping this isn't the beginning of how things are going to be from now on.

Ordered garlic parm crust, didn't get it. I had even given a $10 tip. Not happy.

The concept of a "Dozen" seems to escape them. I ordered 1 14" pepperoni pizza and TWO DOZEN garlic knots to take to work. Told it would take about 30 minutes. They gave me ONE DOZEN. Called to tell them I was omw back. They then gave me SIX. I then had to go back inside and explain what a DOZEN meant. I was also then almost an hour late to work because the employees must've skipped out on school that day when the concept of a DOZEN=12 was taught.... in kindergarten. Pizza is dry and extremely sweet??? For some reason?? Not going back.
