I purchased about three times since they opened first time asked for well done and it wasn’t done. I let it pass since they have just opened waited a few weeks and ordered again still not well done and sauce was too little . I had a small issue with my order and Skia was so kind and respectful when helping me out. She made sure my fries were remade fresh and handled everything with such great customer service. I really appreciate her and the whole team for being patient and understanding — thank you for turning it around with such a great attitude!
