The Detroit style pizza was not as expected. Cheese was not all the way to edge. Easy not enough pepperoni. Was not on every piece cut. Sauce was notdrppvled to the edge, onle in spots. Will not order again.

This is my home town Pizza Hut I have been gone from Florida for 3 months and in those 3 months I was gone what happened to my local pizza hut? Food used to be good from here but not anymore. During my travels across the country the past 3 months I have not had such bad pizza hut experience as tonight. Wow placed online deliver order when order arrives I look in the bag and I did not get the four diet Pepsi I ordered instead they gave Pepsi. I look at reciept definatly their mistake. We ordered two pizzas a Detroit pizza which was soggy not fully cooked and covered in way to much sauce mind you have have had this same Detroit pizza at many different pizza huts during my travels over the past 3 months and this is not what it should be not edible. We also had the same issue with the deep dish pizza we ordered. $43 in food what a waste and to think before we left over 3 months ago this place used to be good my how fast things can change.

Ordered two pizzas that I asked for no garlic crust on & both of them have it on there. Called the manager and hi was completely rude & no help. This is the only Pizza Hut location that can't seem to read simple instructions. Why create more work for yourself adding items the person doesn't want?

I ordered the Chicago pizza with pepperoni, crispy cupped pepperoni, and sausage. When I got home I discovered no crispy cupped pepperoni, two flat pepperoni and tons of sausage. Unfortunately I was charged extra for the pepperoni I did not get. I called the store to make them aware of what I thought may have been a mistake and they read back my order to me, which is not what I got. No, I was not going to return the pizza to the store since it would not be a healthy decision. I love the Chicago pizza, but someone needs to do some quality control. No one likes to pay for something which was not received, and I was so looking forward to the cupped pepperoni.

The drive through employee was the nicest man ever. He was friendly, asked me about my day, and even gave me a coupon. He had the best vibe about him. You keep doin’ you, man. ❤️I wish I asked his name, but this was last night 9-25-21 at around 8:15 pm.

This is the location that delivers to my home, everytime I ordered from there it's a problem with my food. It range from under cook/ over cooked, sloppy where as you grab a slice everything falls off I don't understand why the pizza place I use to love because I'm starting to hate pizzahut. The last time I ordered I received a pizza that wasn't even cut into slices I'm done with pizza hut ?
This by far is the worst Pizza Hut in Tampa Florida. I have ordered twice and both times it has been horrendous. This latest instance the driver says they couldn’t contact me so they left it on the ground. For two hours I waited trying to be nice and behold it was outside full of ants. I called the store and she tells me well I don’t know what to tell you, I mean we could replace it but it would be another hour. Please stay away away from this store!!

If I could leave negative stars, I sure would!!!My husband ordered 2 large pizzas, one with extra cheese and extra bacon. The other was sausage and pepperoni with extra cheese. They both had extra cheese but only in the center...the outer edge was burnt, dry and hard, not even edible. The one absolutely did NOT have extra bacon, there was no bacon in the center where the extra cheese was.I called to let them know and the lady that answered the phone said "well, I can give you a $5 credit"...NO THANKS PIZZAHUT, WE WILL NEVER ORDER FROM YOU AGAIN!No wonder you only have 3.2 stars.

First time having Pizza Hut in YEARS! I am not only impressed, I may give PH consideration next time I order pizza. PH had a free medium- one topping deal for grads and I just redeemed mine. The parmesan crust is pretty amazing. You can taste the toasted cheese in not only the edges but throughout the pizza. YUM!Also the Garlic White sauce instead of Red Marinara was also really, really great. (I was trying all these new things because it was my first time in a while as mentioned but because it was free) hahaMy pizza estimated time was 10-20 minutes, My contactless carry out was ready in about 15 minutes.If you order online, leave up the last page and there is a button to directly call PH and they will bring out your pizza. The SRM or some abbreviation I don't remember brought out my pizza without wait and a mask. (don't remember if she had on gloves) It was a well, and safe contactless carry out experience. You can detail your make and model of your car on the site.Also if you choose delivery, they have a breakable seal where you can tell if your order has been opened or looked out after it left the store.

Called in order for personal pan pizza. When i arrived the manager and another employee were within view, neither one of them greeted me. My pizza was ready and it took 5 mins for someone to come to the front. I paid and still waited for a personal pizza

The refund of the additional tip that Pizza Hut took from my debit was finally refunded. I am still not ordering from this place again!
