Service was very slow to start. Steak was not seasoned at all. Probably caught them on a bad night.
This was much better than the previous year. Good service. Food was delicious but I have one tiny gripe. The lobster tagliatelle was a whole lobster split in half. Though delicious I wasn't expecting to have to take the lobster meat out by hand on a pasta dish with a red based sauce. I appreciate the drama of the whole lobster but I would have liked the meat removed so that I didn't get red sauce on my nice clothes. Which unfortunately, though I was extremely careful, I did.
I had a fresh catch of the day sandwich with fruit salad. The mahi mahi was dry and slightly fishy. The fruit salad had obviously been put together a day or two in advance. Lovely ocean views with lousy food.
The menu looks amazing but the actual food is marginal. We had the meatballs (bland), truffle arancini (no taste, it was like white rice & water), pasta with asparagus (runny & no flavor). My husband got a filet steak and loved it. That was the only redemptive quality. Won't be back.
Service was an utter fail. First waitress did not bring drink menu or even ask if we wanted to start w drinks. Asked for drink menu and she disappeared for 10 minutes. Second waitress was very, very kind, but clearly overwhelmed by the service issues of the evening. It was the first night of a new menu and the staff seemed very unfamiliar with the menu. One dish was wrong. Another dish had melted ice on it and when the plate was picked up from the table, it ended up all over me. No acknowledgment from the management. No way to treat dinner guests. No reason to go back
If you have other choices, go with them and give this place a pass. Mediocre food and high prices — doesn't warrant a visit.
Well I guess it depends on the day. This is the second visit this week and did not compare to last. Good was good but service was mediocre at best. Just like the rest of the hotel it appears that they are short staffed.
We were there for Easter brunch. They would not allow us to sit at a better table even though that better table remained open the entire time we were there. We were a party of three at a table that was not big enough for 2. The service was not good even for a buffet. We ordered coffee and hot tea and got both without spoons and sweetener even though we had requested same. The omelet station was good and the carved prime rib was delicious. The rest of the food was mediocre at best. No fruit at all on a brunch buffet. All for $125/ person. Very disappointing.
Food was yummy and fresh. Waitress was friendly, but in charge of too many tables. Kids were running around without parental supervision.
We were seated at a very nice window table with ocean view. The food and service was very good.

Server was professional knowledgeable. Restaurant was able to accommodate my allergies! Ordered steak medium rare, came rare. Sent back & it was medium. It was ok. Like the potatoes & clam bake . Ambience is typical hotel restaurant. It's fine but nothing notable
Tomatoes were mushy in the watermelon salad. Ambiance and vibe was a bit like an abandoned cafeteria. We politely left before we ordered an entree. 💔
The fish sandwich-mahi mahi the day we had it- was excellent. The aroncini were just ok. I'd go for the cheeseburger next time. The service was great. We ate outside so the view was outstanding.
I hate to write a bad review but I was so dissatisfied with this restaurant. Server didn't understand some of the items on the menu. Food was cold . They did comp dessert but it was dry. The fish was hard . They served whole garlic pieces on the mezze appetizer which I ate by accident. If you go order a burger and be safe
The space is very large with little sound dampening so it impacted conversation. Everything else very good. Worth a try.
