Fantastic lobster tagliatelle with the pastas inside a whole lobster. Great value and good service
We stayed at the Marriott resort all week and came to Ona several times for breakfast, drinks and dinner. Never disappointed by anything. Service was super friendly, efficient and never rushed. All the food was excellent. Great breakfasts and extremely fresh produce and fish. Overall great week. We'll definitely be back. Special shout outs to Chris, Kathy, Ruby, Tarry, Carolina and Alex for their great service.
A little over priced, small portions and not as fancy as site advertises. Heck no table clothes either. Jjust ok.
We had a delightful dinner at ONA. All 4 of or meals were delicious and service was excellent.
We had a beautiful table by window overlooking the beach. It was the slow season, so the restaurant only had a few tables.
We had planned a special dinner to celebrate our son's 18th birthday, and unfortunately, it was a complete disappointment. Service was slow and disorganized, the ambiance was nonexistent, and the food was just average. Our waiter seemed flustered and rushed, despite the fact that we were his only table. It took 15 minutes to receive drinks (which weren't correct), and nearly 20 minutes more for our first glasses of wine — which didn't arrive until our meals were served. When we asked for bread, we were told they had “run out.” The oysters were the smallest we've ever seen, almost as if they'd been cut in half, and the restaurant lighting was so bright it completely lacked any sense of atmosphere. What should have been a memorable milestone celebration turned into a real letdown. We were so looking forward to this dinner, but it simply missed the mark in every way.
Excellent service..beautiful inside..good view of ocean...appetizers excellent...medium steak was rare ans sent back....grouper under cooked raw at bottom....very limited desert and the creme brule was served cold....for that price everything shud be perfect
Strong wine list. The stuffed calamari is excellent. The roasted clams are fantastic. Beef tenderloin and fresh grouper main courses are superb. Terry (F&B Mgr) ensured we had a wonderful dinner.
Food, service and quality were all excellent. We went for the $55.00 prix fixe September dinner. The only fault was the npose from the uncontrolled three children at the next table. The waiter was aware and should have informed the maitre'd. Once they left we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
The only thing I really love about this place is that it's right on the beach and you could look at the water while you're eating. Service was OK and food was OK. This was my second time eating there and I was still not impressed.

We visited this restaurant on a Sunday night for a celebratory birthday dinner . Our server Aggie was wonderful and very friendly . We ordered the stuffed oysters that were delicious and the beef carpaccio was okay . We then ordered the ribeye and this was the biggest let down . The steak which we asked for medium rare came out grey and was not seared or seasoned what so ever . The steak also tasted off and has a breakfast sausage taste . The manager approached to inquire about the meal but was dismissive and didn't really seem genuinely concerned about our experience. He talked over us and just kept going on about where the steak was from which to us was irrelevant considering the very disappointing taste for a $65 entree. The lemon garlic whipped potatoes that we ordered as an addition side was delicious . Over all Aggie was the star of the show and the views were great .
The service was outstanding however it is way overpriced, and it is disappointing to see that they are short staffed and the server was working so hard trying to keep attention to us. It is a shame that such a beautiful hotel has gone backwards with having ample staff to take care of their customers 
We had teenagers with us and they had a hard time finding the food they liked on the menu. Several items were laid upon a bed of something...ie rosetti, potatoes or veggies. Simply not what we liked. The second time we went we did ask for the meal to be prepared a certain way and the staff and cook were ok with the changes. The servers were very nice and pleasant.
Service was very slow to start. Steak was not seasoned at all. Probably caught them on a bad night.
This was much better than the previous year. Good service. Food was delicious but I have one tiny gripe. The lobster tagliatelle was a whole lobster split in half. Though delicious I wasn't expecting to have to take the lobster meat out by hand on a pasta dish with a red based sauce. I appreciate the drama of the whole lobster but I would have liked the meat removed so that I didn't get red sauce on my nice clothes. Which unfortunately, though I was extremely careful, I did.
