I actually was sketched out because it was at someone’s house but the food was delicious and it was a new thing i tried. Ngl it tasted like someone’s house idk how to explain it but if you know you know.

I recently had the pleasure of trying this African business, and it was such a great experience! It was my first time trying fufu with egusi soup, and I can honestly say the flavors blew me away. I chose the lamb for my soup, and it was packed with so much flavor — absolutely delicious! In fact, I loved it so much that I’m ordering again today.

As for the fufu, it was my first time trying it, and while I know it’s traditionally made with a very neutral flavor and sticky texture, it just wasn’t for me personally. I’m more of a texture person, and the texture of fufu isn’t really my cup of tea. That being said, when dipped into the egusi soup, it absorbed all the rich flavor beautifully and made the experience authentic and enjoyable.

Also, don’t be alarmed when you pull up — the pick-up is right in front of a house (that’s what Home Cho is!). Just act like you’re picking up food from your uncle’s house, and remember: the best foods are made at home.

Overall, I highly recommend giving this place a try, especially if you want to explore new flavors and experience authentic African cuisine. I’ll definitely be coming back — this time with egusi soup and maybe some rice!

I tried a friends platter and it was amazing, next day ordered my food the man on the phone was nice and informed me it was a house and asked if that was that ok, normally I wouldn’t but being I tasted the food previously and it was delicious, I DID NOT CARE! FOOD IS AMAZING!!!

sooo good. My friend and i came and we were so pleasantly surprised. The person who talked to us on the phone was very nice and even though this was our first time trying african cuisine it was as amazing as it looked on the pictures.

I was happy to hear that this place was within my community. But as I was eating it I noticed my goat was mixed with beef. You can’t see the meat because it is covered in sauce. But I will say beef or goat its delicious I’m just disappointed cuz it’s not what I ordered. But blessing come from all directions because when I showed my neighbor as I was eating it his wife gave me some goat and rice. So I I’ll take it a win. But no lie I still enjoyed my food. The red sauce is freaking delicious

This restaurant is an AI restaurant, in other words, a hallucination. It doesn't exist. The street its supposedly on is a residential 300 foot dead end. No restaurant there. Thanks google...

I think it’s at someone’s house - not sure lol but since we are not from here we made a U-turn 🫣 The location should be noted or pictured somewhere but we’re not trying to chance it.
Edit: We were going to try again next time we were in the area but due to the response I doubt it. We didn’t have a problem it being in someone’s house but being from an area over an hour away, we’re not going to knock on anyone’s door uninvited. There is no sign or indication of the business. The owner’s response says “Home Cho” but what does that mean (photo added). I rated two stars because the listing is appealing however we thought the address was wrong. Assumed it could have been an old listing… As I stated originally maybe if it had a picture of the home in the listing or something, IDK. But apologies if my “review” offended you. Again the food could be awesome but that’s my opinion and experience. (Changed to 1 star due to response)
