The whole family is happy! Service was great, and food met everybody's taste. Buy a round for the kitchen (should also be an option for front of house staff too). Fantastic experience!!

The music and food here is very good… real Caribbean vibe and the beach isn’t too far.
One thing I didn’t like was the broken and scratched up plates very tacky. Time for some new plates and dishes.

Our waitress (Alana)was outstanding! She took care of our large party and was not only accommodating but also very helpful and smiled the entire night! We will certainly return and hope we have Alana again!

Like eating in an aircraft hanger, noisy, and no character, I went to check out the entertainment, but the band was set up outside, probably because they had a better chance of being heard.

I’m extremely upset about my experience at Castaways yesterday. My boyfriend and I were charged for an extra drink we never ordered. When we politely disputed it, the bartender Austin dismissed us and said he’s sober and we’re not, so he’s right—a completely condescending and unprofessional comment.
We escalated the issue to the manager, who had to review security footage for over 30 minutes just to CONFIRM we were telling the truth. Meanwhile, I was in tears from the stress and embarrassment.
Even after proving we were right, the manager Dustin only removed the charge and didn’t offer us any other compensation or even a genuine apology for how horribly we were treated. It’s not about the money—it’s about how they made us feel and how they ruined our entire day. The lack of accountability and empathy was appalling.
I will never go back, and I strongly urge others to think twice before supporting a place that treats customers like this.
P.S. - Dustin - is this truly how you handle every customer who disputes a charge? Is it standard procedure to accuse your customers of lying and resort to reviewing video footage rather than simply listening and believing them?

The drinks were over priced, the food was bad (I chose the fish dip and it was extremely bland) and over priced, the pool tables didnt work and the bartender took 5 mins to greet me. Was not a 32 dollar experience. Pretty clear they are just looking to take advantage of vacationers. Will not go again as a local.
