Went through the drive-through ordered avocado toast, then was told they don’t have it so I ordered a bagel instead but I had to pull out front to wait for the bagel which never came so I had to storm inside and ask where my bagel was. Such a fiasco never going back.

Closest to my home, gave them two chances a few months apart to fix their mistake. I need uncaffeinated coffee because my body is sensitive to caffeine (both shakes and aura migraines).Both times, I ordered in the drivethru. A medium decaf (about 4mg caffeine), and they gave me regular (about 200mg caffeine). The first time it happened, I had watched one of the workers pull the regular coffee from the tap and passed it off to me. I called them out on it, and they blatantly lied to me, so I went to another store (mentioned below) who didn't question it and replaced my coffee correctly. I even admired and tipped the manager there who joked about it, "you didn't go to right store."Second time, though I didn't get a chance to see it, not long after drinking the coffee, I began to feel the shakes and aura.I stopped caffeine a few years ago because of this, but I still like the taste, which is why I get decaf, and it helps with the urge. I don't expect them to understand the caffeine sensitivity dangers, and it's not their fault my body has these issues with it, but the aura migraine is extremely dangerous because I can be driving and suddenly be unable to see directly in front of me (not to mention I get a numbness throughout my body). They simply need to get the order right. I used to work at Starbucks for 5+ years, and we had standards. Thankfully, the symptoms will go away after a few hours...Anyway, I will only go to the store on Roebuck and Haverhill even though it's further out. They are excellent and have never messed up my order.

Apparently I purchased creamer with a hint of coffee. It was not good at all. I ordered a blueberry muffin and it wasn’t baked completely. I received a raw batter muffin. It wasn’t edible. I think proper training on how to bake and not serve customers raw food. I would hate to have ordered eggs and had to drink them. I do not recommend this location unless you enjoy overly sweet and under cooked.
The vibes was weird as soon as I walked in the girl workin with this icy blue bad wig on was lazy and had a stank attitude sitting there on her phone. after I payed for my stuff she walked off and I had to literally reach over to grab my own receipt. And the donuts was stale and old. It cost nothing to provide customer service. hire new people.

This might be one of the worst DDs I’ve been to. The coffee tasted burnt / old, the hash browns had a strange flavor, they didn’t have basic breakfast items and the bagel I did get was tough and chewy. And this was all in the morning when things are supposed to be fresh and stocked.

Stopped for coffee and breakfast on my way to work @ 7:40 . I ordered a HOT coffee with HOT Maple Bacon Sandwich. For some reason I've been under the impression, you sell HOT or COLD Coffee..Looks like Luke warm is another option. I was handed a lukewarm warm coffee and warm sandwiches. While at the counter I mentioned this and I was told the coffee has cream in it. No sign of making an adjustment. Arrived at work 7:47 took my sandwich out of the bag to eat.. Slice of cheese wasn't melted and I finished preparing it in the microwave.

Food was fresh and served quickly - I gave it 1 star because the woman who took the order was nice but the one taking the payment and serving the food through the window was miserable.How do you have someone look into your eyes and say “Hi, goodmorning.” And not even look at them or reply back a single word. If you don’t like your job, don’t keep it, go somewhere else.Unfortunately did not catch her name, but she was early 20s and had braids.
