Worst food I had rice is dry and there were roaches on my table

It was a great experience. More of a take-out location but with available seating for diners. The food was yummy and Piam was very nice and friendly. Lol at the voice over lmao @ driving from Marlago to Orlando... but yes I did miss my way while driving and ended up in Florida's Turnpike for 2 hours! So yes the Egusi and poundo sure settled my day nicely!

Rice and Peas were SPOILED, which means it’s old rice or it was not properly refrigerated. Lady blamed me for the spoiled food, told me oxtails are expensive, and I said “yeah, this was a $20 plate, we spent $80 total, I’m only asking for a refund of the rice and peas”

Was in the middle of a huge move from west palm to south Florida, was not able to call back that day, when I did call the lady said “I should’ve called on the day I ordered the food”. She mentioned the owner would contact me, it’s been a week and nothing.

I understand things happen, but if a customer is informing you about your food, you should provide better customer service. Your customers are not the blame.

Based off of getting charges $52 for egusi and fufu plus jerk pork. The man on the register didn't know what he was doing and according to the menu listed it should have been aroubd $40. He tells me both items are under 20 dollars yet my bill was $52. I could even see $40 but he said it was tax. I basically got robbed. They should really teach him how to work the register.

Loved it! Amazing as always. I would recommend the plate at lunch fried chicken with rice beans and cabbage make sure you get the sauce put on the food or separate you'll love it too.
