This place is the absolutely worst! It should be closed down. I have had so many bad experiences here but this will be the last. I ordered in the drive thru, they took my money and I was told to pull to the front door. I waited over 15 minutes and food or money never arrived. I guess it's my own fault for ever going back. I hope they go out of business.

This kfc is literally the worst they never have wings it's 8pm and they close at midnight there's no cars in the line and nobody inside somehow I waited 7minutes to a loud breathing and a give me a min after I've been waiting for 7min....it never fails... everytime I'm like oh I'll do kfc but it's always a disappointing experience ?....

I went there yesterday with a coupon that had any big box for $8.99. They had a new employee that was taking my order but he didn't know what he was doing. He tried several times to get the manager to help him but she never came to the register. One employee from the drive through came over to try and help. Whatever she did my total came to $10.69. I asked was the tax $1plus. She said they only have a $2.00 off coupon. So I asked to speak to a manager. She was very rude. She rolled her eyes and walked away and went back to the drive thru without getting a manager. The Manager must have heard me and she proceeds to look from behind where she was making food and never came out to see what the problem was. Every employee in that place was just looking crazy. What happened to professionalism and making sure the customers are properly taken care of? Especially when we are spending our money. I would not want anyone to go to that place. I will never give a recommendation to visit that location. They need a whole new set of employees or just close the restaurant. This have been going on for years with rude employees. It's not my first encounter with one but it sure is my last. Never going there again.

The chicken is deformed I dont know what it is but it definitely is not chicken. The hot and spicy wings I thought were gonna be a spin off of the bbq spicy wings back in the day with the wedges. Biting into them scared the daylight out of me there is a layer of some sort of meat or tissue separating the skin and the little bit of actual chicken meat by the bone. The bones are very brittle and discolored almost like a baby chicken bone. Im traumatized honestly.
What exactly is this posed to be . Idk if they was tryna be funny or they looked annoyed and aggravated , ik y’all ready to go home but yeen gotta lack the customer service I don’t even eat kfc and now that I finally am choosing too it’s unpleasant af ! I’m just now leaving from there but be fr and the acting like u don’t see somebody ? And just shutting the door in somebody face when they talking . Is crazy . Please find new employees .

worst experience i've ever had in KFC. I went to try the new spicy wings and there were none ready so they parked me and said it would be eight minutes after about 12/13 minutes of waiting. I walked inside and all the employees are just lounging around so I ask hey I'm waiting on my wings and they're like oh we forgot. to top it all off they gave me 8 burnt wings and didn't put napkins in bag ... ridiculous service
