this lady wearing GREEN shirt had so much attitude did not want to help when we simply asked for SAUCE that was right in her reach and she rolled her eyes and pointed at the other workers didn’t asses before we even asked she rolled her eyes fire her immediately or i will contact mcdonald’s higher authorities !

Well, I tried MC chicken tenders last week. Horrible. First, they were small, unlike the commercial being shown on TV. Second, they were overcooked because they tasted dried out, and they were not hot, which means the tenders had been sitting in the warmer over the time that it's supposed to be. This Riviera Beach location does not sale fresh chicken, nor burgers and unless one request no salt on fries, then the fries are hard ans tasteless.

Sat in drive-thru for close to 5 minutes with nobody in line before me. I drove forward to the window but there was nobody in the window so I just assumed they were closed. But they weren't apparently but now I'm sitting in the Drive-Thru again still no one answering and the McDonald's app will not allow me to cancel my order because it says it's already been started so I currently have no food no one willing to answer I've been in drive-thru for 12 minutes now nobody in the window I tried to cancel my order but it wouldn't let me, It said they already were working on the order.. this is by far one of the absolute worst McDonald's and I would highly recommend no one go here especially with drive-thru does it matter if you're using the app or not.. in just in case you're skeptical as you can see by my pictures when I ordered the food and still being in the Drive-Thru Lane mind your I ordered it while in the parking lot

It's unfortunate that McDonald's is no longer that happy place image it looks now so bland so blah so corporate like McDonald's used to be a fun place to go cause the play yard and the Ronald McDonald and Not to mention no soda machines in the dining room anymore like wow what happened to all of that not everything needs to go corporate and dull Mcdonald's use be that happy place for children to go after school or after getting good colors in elementary school and get a happy meal and then their toy and then go playing I'm so glad my son grew up in that McDonald's and not this boring new Mcdonald's that they have now.. And the food is not like it used to be the burgers seem to be extremely overseasoned the fries either seem to be slightly undercooked or the grease seems to be always needing to be changed the bathrooms are for the most part ok clean besides the occasional urine on the seats always stocked with toilet paper... Where bring back the old McDonald's image or at least bring back Ronald McDonald hell give the kids something even your toys have changed..

They will play you for a fool. Don't go around 7pm and order fries unless you want stale, old fries dipped in oil to make them hot again. I can still tell that they're hard, shrunken up, and old!

The lady that was in charge of the curbside orders was a delight. Even though our order was wrong she fixed it really quick no hesitation. Everyone was working hard and business was moving like a well-oiled machine
