Just lefted drive through had to get a refund that I had to go back and forth with the young lady who had on the pink jack and the manager with the dreds line was already extremely long then when I finally got a chance to order and pay instead of saying something was going to take 10min to make i just wanted a refund wanting me to park n still wait I just wanted my money so I can go these lady was very rude and I heard them thru the window talking mess about me and im was paying my money im so glad I got my money back but the extra messiness could have been involved i will be calling management and I hope they run there cameras because beside those to it was more of them

Order something to take out, as always they forgot to include all the items of my order in the bag, when I called to ask for the staff to be more thorough and attentive before handing out the bag ( this is not my first time having an issue), the person who answer my call just told me is not her who served me, that I should talk to the person who served me. Not the proper way to handle the situation, I hope someone in management can follow trough in this matter and take proper action so it won’t affect your future business, for reference this happened at 8:20 pm

I visited this location today and the drive thru line was very long so I went inside and there was only 3 people inside but they took soooooo long to fulfill our orders. There was a young girl waiting before me and others so I had to speak up for her so she could get waited on. The service was horrible.
I went to that McDonald's for the monopoly game and they did not give me that game I pay almost 30 dollars for two meal not get it and then the fries was overcooked and the chicken sandwich was cold and disgusting never coming back to that McDonald's ever wasted my time and money

Update 923/2025 It's so uncomfortable eating in this particular McDonald's cuz the homeless are all over the place inside outside begging for money It's just horrible I work by and this is one of the only restaurants that I'm able to eat at and unfortunately I'm so uncomfortable being inside of it almost ordering for more than 30 minutes homeless letting other homeless and the locked door in the back and propping over the bathroom door It's just horrible
It's unfortunate that McDonald's is no longer that happy place image it looks now so bland so blah so corporate like McDonald's used to be a fun place to go cause the play yard and the Ronald McDonald and Not to mention no soda machines in the dining room anymore like wow what happened to all of that not everything needs to go corporate and dull Mcdonald's use be that happy place for children to go after school or after getting good colors in elementary school and get a happy meal and then their toy and then go playing I'm so glad my son grew up in that McDonald's and not this boring new Mcdonald's that they have now.. And the food is not like it used to be the burgers seem to be extremely overseasoned the fries either seem to be slightly undercooked or the grease seems to be always needing to be changed the bathrooms are for the most part ok clean besides the occasional urine on the seats always stocked with toilet paper... Where bring back the old McDonald's image or at least bring back Ronald McDonald hell give the kids something even your toys have changed..
