Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Absolutely insane experience there.. waited almost an hour to pick up 2 sandwiches and a side of fries.. it was moderately busy but nothing crazy.. the employees were rude to just about every body in there.. working slowly and yucking it up while people waited.. this is becoming a trend with fast food in general but especially Popeyes.. the staff is atrocious and the food isn’t good enough to make up for it.. will not be returning

Food was hot and fresh and the red beans to rice ratio was on point! Their drive-thru was busy and we almost went somewhere else but, they were very fast and everything was in the bag. Love that chicken!

To have a full staff. You still have to wait an additional 15/20mins for your food when theres plenty of food out already for servers.

Rats in the ceiling you can hear them running around and occasionally you’ll see droppings fall from the ceiling

I know when you go to Popeyes you’re usually going to wait a bit for fresh hot chicken, but this location is on another level. I’ve been waiting over 20 minutes for my order and there are only five of us in the lobby with nobody in the drive-thru. The staff don’t work together at all. There’s plenty of cooked chicken already sitting in the heaters—literally all they have to do is bag the food and move with some teamwork, but they can’t even do that.

The wait times here are always too long and it honestly makes me not want to come to Popeyes again. This is a constant problem at this specific store.

Terrible customer service, they don’t even try to talk to the customers to see what they want. Everyone in there are rude as hell… i prefer not to going to ANY Popeyes again, horrible experience. I hope that the workers go to home instead of giving a TERRIBLE SERVICE

Went here at 11:50 to pick up a popeyes order from uber eats. I got there , went to the drive thru and no one was there. Waited like 2 minutes and nobody came. Went to the front door it was locked. Saw employees coming out the back so I asked them if they were closed and if they had a order for uber eats. They said they were closed and had nothing. Lazy lying workers.

Update: I got the 5 piece meal with 2 sides. You know these side containers are very tiny. Why can’t they fill them up a little bit. Look how empty they are. Good thing I ordered another 2 piece special they had with one side. This experience was different from my last one. The person at the register was upset because I did not want 3 legs out of 5. The legs are small. There’s no way that you could feed 2 people with that meal. I do suggest for you to check your order before you leave. It looks like a lot of people do. I sat there by myself eating my meal one time and lots of people were checking their orders before leaving. I hope my next experience is better.

This place is BUSY !!! So the chicken is fresh. Service was great considering that these employees had a lot of customers. It moved swiftly. Chicken was very hot. Very crispy. Delicious. This place puts KFC to shame. KFC‘s chicken are very small compared to the size of the chicken here. I’ll be back again for sure. This is my 2nd time here in one week.

Good friendly service

Lol...before you get in the car line, you better know what you want. The line was out to the road. These employees work fast to get your food out so don't hold them up asking a bunch of questions. Just get a meal box and try it. The mango lemonade is really good! Lol. It was my first time going here.
