TERRIBLE SERVICE!! Went in with my husband for a quick bite before going to the beach. We had gotten off work early. And the 2 lady’s working were so rude. Kept rolling their eyes at us and starring. We own a cleaning business and we use bleach so our black shirts had stains on them so I’m not sure if they were profiling us or what. When I asked to speak to a manager they refused to let us and wouldn’t give us any information. On top of all the they didn’t even have mozzarella cheese for the meatball sub.

Walked in and immediately walked out because the woman behind the counter already had the food put away. It's 7pm ....a whole hour before closing. She also locks the doors at 7:30pm. If you don't want people to buy food here, just close this location. All the other complaints say she is rude anyways so why be open at all?

I went in this subway to order a sandwich with other family members. I asked what kind of bread they had. The lady behind the counter barked at me to read the card pointing her fingers at the glass which displayed the choices. After ordering a sub for my wife and myself, I paid and waited for it to be made. The lady rudely snapped at me asking what I wanted on the sub. After it was paid for my wife decided she wanted a soda. I asked the lady to ring up a fountain soda. With that she rudely barked at me stating that she asked me when I ordered if I wanted any thing else. At the time I didn’t. I told her that my wife wanted a soda as an afterthought and she said I should have ordered it when I made the initial order. That clerk was extremely rude and should not be in a customer service position serving customers. She was awful!!!

SERVICE WITH A SNARL ! I put one star bc there was no zero. The customer service was the worst i ever seen in my entire life. This woman was so rude to me and other customers that came in. Why is this woman not fired? She doesnt belong in any place waiting on customers. She gives subway a bad name. They should have a sign on the door saying SERVICE WITH A SNARL just to warn people before they walk in !

Find any other location, go get a Publix sub, or choose something else for dinner. My bread was so dry that it ruined the whole sub experience. This place wouldn't accept any coupons either. First time I've had that happen outside of an airport.

I was just here at the singer island location and the lady was so rude to me she actually said “what do you want” when I tried to scan my reward QR code (like it prompted you to at the register) no wonder it was empty I walked out without even ordering when she was idk expecting me to beg her to alllow me to order? People actually want your job if you don’t want to do it quit so someone who deserves to be there can.

!!!!!!!!Needs PEET CONTROL severely!!!!!!! Roaches and roach droppings?????????????????????The Saturday before Mother's Day the manager of the store should know the beach and the surrounding areas are going to be extremely busy why he would have two Ladies working by themselves is beyond me but that's neither here nor there both of them had a touch of an attitude and I get it they were by themselves it was semi-busy but the one sandwich artist didn't really listen to what we were trying to ask for on our sandwiches and just automatically started putting things on it then I turn around and there's a roach on the ground roads droppings in the corners very disgusting ???the sandwich card the green peppers and onions are frozen to the side of the bane containers transparent in color due to the freezing store had a bit of an off smell to it especially towards the back of the store Y'all need to get some pest control in there ASAP!!!
