Find any other location, go get a Publix sub, or choose something else for dinner. My bread was so dry that it ruined the whole sub experience. This place wouldn't accept any coupons either. First time I've had that happen outside of an airport.

I was just here at the singer island location and the lady was so rude to me she actually said “what do you want” when I tried to scan my reward QR code (like it prompted you to at the register) no wonder it was empty I walked out without even ordering when she was idk expecting me to beg her to alllow me to order? People actually want your job if you don’t want to do it quit so someone who deserves to be there can.

!!!!!!!!Needs PEET CONTROL severely!!!!!!! Roaches and roach droppings?????????????????????The Saturday before Mother's Day the manager of the store should know the beach and the surrounding areas are going to be extremely busy why he would have two Ladies working by themselves is beyond me but that's neither here nor there both of them had a touch of an attitude and I get it they were by themselves it was semi-busy but the one sandwich artist didn't really listen to what we were trying to ask for on our sandwiches and just automatically started putting things on it then I turn around and there's a roach on the ground roads droppings in the corners very disgusting ???the sandwich card the green peppers and onions are frozen to the side of the bane containers transparent in color due to the freezing store had a bit of an off smell to it especially towards the back of the store Y'all need to get some pest control in there ASAP!!!

Mary was very rude she denied my pregnant girlfriend a cup of water but filled up her jug with iced tea and gave attitude while making subs, absolutely horrific service. They also don't have bags here for the customers.

Last evening I ordered pizza, although Annette was unfriendly and welcoming I decided to give it a try because of the hour. The pizza had no flavor and was too much dough. I informed her of my unhappiness her immediate response was you have to come back tomorrow when the manager is here. As I began to walk away she says I can make you another one or put it back in the oven. I replied I will just speak with the manager tomorrow which is inconvenient for me.Here we are tomorrow. She is in a confrontation with another customer a mother employee approaches the register checking out another customer the offers help. I explained what happens, she replied the manager left. I state I was told to come today and I am not happy showing her my receipt. She states he told her is he could replace it with something else. My reply is I do not want anything else I just had brunch. She gets on the phone and walks away, after a few minutes she comes back and states he told me I can give you the money for the item and leave him a note. I replied I’ll take my money but I will not leave any note, she goes in the register hands me the money as if we are finish. I reminded her the item had tax on it I paid as well. She then went into the register reluctantly and gave me the tax. I then asked her name she replied Kathy, her attitude was just as bad as Annette. I recommend Subway stay in the lane of making subs as you failedBIG on pizza. Looking for poor service experience with miserable staff this is the place to visit. NEVER again for me

Sad to say I've received extremely poor service at this Subway numerous times and only keep good because it's the only location convenient to the beaches on Singer Island and I always hope there's new staff/management but unfortunately the same horrendous staff still work there. Today I walked in to the 2 women (elderly white woman and Indian woman) both who did not offer a greeting and waited to see which one of them "had" to come up and take my order. There were no other customers, they weren't busy and the manager was sitting there chowing down on his sub without intervening. The Indian woman finally came over and took my order then when three white women came in, lo and behold the white staffer was suddenly ready to take their orders. Convenience or not, this is my last time patronizing this Subway. Somehow I think that's what the management and staff would prefer

They must have two people to serve a single employee who cannot wait almost 20 minutes to serve 2 people
Went to this location about 2 min ago. I walked in was not greeted which is fine or whatever. The worker was very rude. She did NOT listen to anything I was telling her, and when I told her she made an error she was very upset and displayed a horrible attitude. Not to forget. There was a fly flying amongst the vegetables and she proceeded to ignore the bug by dodging it when she was reaching for the condiments. As I’m observing her prepare my sandwich and I noticed the fly and how she ignored the bug, I politely let her know that I was declining service and left. She then became very upset. I just left . Not sure if the other employee was a manager, however, judging by the shirt maybe she was. This person did nothing but stand there. Worse service I have ever received at any Subway I’ve been to. I WILL NOT be returning. I’m not at all surprised by the rating of 2.4.

The manager was very rude and inefficient. He went out of his way to make me and my family feel uncomfortable. He purposely skipped over us and started serving people in line behind us. Probably can find other places with better service. Not recommended.
