Mary was very rude she denied my pregnant girlfriend a cup of water but filled up her jug with iced tea and gave attitude while making subs, absolutely horrific service. They also don't have bags here for the customers.

Last evening I ordered pizza, although Annette was unfriendly and welcoming I decided to give it a try because of the hour. The pizza had no flavor and was too much dough. I informed her of my unhappiness her immediate response was you have to come back tomorrow when the manager is here. As I began to walk away she says I can make you another one or put it back in the oven. I replied I will just speak with the manager tomorrow which is inconvenient for me.Here we are tomorrow. She is in a confrontation with another customer a mother employee approaches the register checking out another customer the offers help. I explained what happens, she replied the manager left. I state I was told to come today and I am not happy showing her my receipt. She states he told her is he could replace it with something else. My reply is I do not want anything else I just had brunch. She gets on the phone and walks away, after a few minutes she comes back and states he told me I can give you the money for the item and leave him a note. I replied I’ll take my money but I will not leave any note, she goes in the register hands me the money as if we are finish. I reminded her the item had tax on it I paid as well. She then went into the register reluctantly and gave me the tax. I then asked her name she replied Kathy, her attitude was just as bad as Annette. I recommend Subway stay in the lane of making subs as you failedBIG on pizza. Looking for poor service experience with miserable staff this is the place to visit. NEVER again for me

Sad to say I've received extremely poor service at this Subway numerous times and only keep good because it's the only location convenient to the beaches on Singer Island and I always hope there's new staff/management but unfortunately the same horrendous staff still work there. Today I walked in to the 2 women (elderly white woman and Indian woman) both who did not offer a greeting and waited to see which one of them "had" to come up and take my order. There were no other customers, they weren't busy and the manager was sitting there chowing down on his sub without intervening. The Indian woman finally came over and took my order then when three white women came in, lo and behold the white staffer was suddenly ready to take their orders. Convenience or not, this is my last time patronizing this Subway. Somehow I think that's what the management and staff would prefer

So I was in the plaza today (12/11) and thought oh subway sounds great. I walked in to an empty store and the two ladies just stared at me awkwardly like I interrupted their convo. I thought maybe I was being crazy so I said hey how are you? They both ignored me and stared at me. So I stood there awkwardly not knowing what to do until the one said what can I get you. The other lady started laughing and had to walk away to the back. It was the weirdest exchange I have ever had and left feeling confused and like I was just mean girled by two old women. I'm not gonna lie though the sandwich was great and that's why I'm leaving two stars. I wouldn't have even left a review but thought again that I was imagining the whole thing and decided to look online to see what others had to say. Looks like it's a normal occurrence based on reviews.

They need to change their hours online, which say they're open til 8. Went shortly before 7 and doors were locked and sign on door said we close at 7!

Went to this location about 2 min ago. I walked in was not greeted which is fine or whatever. The worker was very rude. She did NOT listen to anything I was telling her, and when I told her she made an error she was very upset and displayed a horrible attitude. Not to forget. There was a fly flying amongst the vegetables and she proceeded to ignore the bug by dodging it when she was reaching for the condiments. As I’m observing her prepare my sandwich and I noticed the fly and how she ignored the bug, I politely let her know that I was declining service and left. She then became very upset. I just left . Not sure if the other employee was a manager, however, judging by the shirt maybe she was. This person did nothing but stand there. Worse service I have ever received at any Subway I’ve been to. I WILL NOT be returning. I’m not at all surprised by the rating of 2.4.

The manager was very rude and inefficient. He went out of his way to make me and my family feel uncomfortable. He purposely skipped over us and started serving people in line behind us. Probably can find other places with better service. Not recommended.

Twice in one week we've been to the area and visited this location and each time hygiene and food handling safety are of a concern to me. First time seemed like they were possibly cleaning the line and there was hair stuck on the wall of where food is stored. The employee changed her gloves but kept touching handles of all the equipment then touching the cold cuts. Made my stomach turn. Second time. A different employee came from the back. And then told us there was only limited bread left touching all the bread that was left with ungloved hands we walked right out. You can tell food handling safety is not a priority and I think all employees should be servsafe certified or some extra training done. I will not visit again.

Can't even really rate it one star because every time I come in this place I feel very unwelcome. They do not even greet you or say anything to you to acknowledge you when you walk in. They simply walk down to where you order food and say what can I get you unless you start talking first. It's pretty sad when the customer has to say " hello, how are you". Such bad service when you could be doing different. And I noticed, there is a tipping prompt when you pay, much more likely to get a tip if you make the customer that's spending money feel welcomed.

Terrible location. Website claims it is a corporate store and accepts coupons but they refuse to take coupons. Also when they made my sub. They made it generic meaning they didn't ask my toppings they threw onions green peppers and mayo. I don't like mayo I like Chipotle Baja. So now I have a sub o don't even want!!!! Absolutely terrible

Came in to order a few sub, older lady making the subs was disgustingly rude to those she was serving ahead of me.. she rolled her eyes at every simple request so I decided to not have her make my food. Don't work in customer service if youre going to give that type of energy to people who did nothing to you. Will never come back! Hire someone else
