I ordered a Mexican pizza at the drive thru , based on the menu item and picture depicted, It looked scrumptious. But, when I drove to the window to get my order, I checked my bag to look at it. I told the worker, this doesn't look like the picture in the menu, it looks like slop, false advertising, and I want a refund. I handed her slop (untouched) back to her and was promptly refunded my money, and left hungry, and then went to Burger King and got me something to eat.

I ordered delivery and got it delivered like they took out of fridge and put in bag. Also there was like 2 pieces of chicken in taco. Then called place No answer as I WANT MY MONEY BACK. Most disappointing and the money!

Been wanting Taco bell for the past few days. Decided to go today. was very disappointed. the foods were all burnt. ; ( Yet the lady was helpful taking my order. I liked her customer kindness. But the foods were burnt, not her fault

The staff here have poor customer service, poor comprehension, and poor reading skills. They fixed my order wrong for the umpteenth time and this time around, I went back to make sure that they prepared my food as I requested. I am usually polite because I do understand that customer service oriented jobs can be a fluster. But when that one employee began to roll her eyes and neck, that’s when I had a problem! I’ll do myself a favor and avoid this location like the plague.

There was no soap in their Mens bathroom. So I left, I figured how could their employees wash their hands. Jan 5, 2024 2pm. So much for taco bell and "we inspect our bathrooms every 30min"
