TULA is a fabulous restaurant with a unique setting, making customers feel as though they're sitting on top of the ocean. The outdoor seating is very spacious with large couches, perfect for spending the afternoon. The restaurant offers a range of dishes, including the Heirloom Tomato Salad, The Halibut dish, Wagyu Steak Sandwich, and NY Strip. The service is remarkable, with servers providing excellent suggestions, such as pairing wine with meals, like the Cloudy Bay with The Halibut dish. The staff is friendly and accommodating, with some servers being a breath of fresh air. However, there have been issues with honoring advance reservations, which can be disappointing. Overall, TULA is a great place to relax and enjoy good food, with beautiful views of the ocean. The Umami Flavor in the Wagyu Steak Sandwich and the Fresh Oysters with Tabasco are also notable. With its full-bodied yet balanced flavors and well-above-average courses, TULA is a hidden gem worth visiting.
