Very disappointed with the customer service from all the waiters and line cook. Food is always cold and no flavor. A large flying coach roach was walking on the floor and the waiter did not want to get rid of it. There were dogs sitting at the bar and when I mentioned it no one seemed to care. Very dismissive whenever I come.

My family of 9 and I went to this place eat and wanted to sit at the outdoor tables. The person who attended us said there were no clean tables outside. We asked if we could wait for them to be cleaned, and she went outside with a bad attitude. There were around 8 dirty tables, and it seemed like they didn’t want to clean them either. We decided to leave because of this. This is exactly why many businesses fail—due to poor service and the lack of care from their employees.

I have a health condition where I have to eat really bland food. My family and I spend so much money at this establishment every weekend but today when I decided to get a meet and cheese sandwich from subway because of the flare up I’m having with my condition.. they had something to say about it as soon as I sat down. Even though we were ordering beers and my parents were ordering food.. they still continued to make a big deal about me eating my small sandwich that was just meat and cheese.. nothing big and fancy or anything. Not only that but every time I do come here and order the chicken quesadilla bland so I can eat it.. they ALWAYS get it wrong and add stuff that I can’t eat so of course I played it safe on a day I’m having a flare up. They even went as far as telling the power cats band lady to ask me not to eat that here even though I was ordering other things from this establishment.. I just know from now on I’ll be supporting castaways instead of two drunken goats. Selfish and greedy people apparently.

This is great dive beach bar - stop before, after or while you are at the beach. They have lunch specials - we love the two sliders with goat cheese, fig jam and arugula. We also get the mahi sandwich and they have great french fries. We usually sit at the bar and have found the interior part of the bar is cooler than the side facing the beach.

I really like this place and the food is good. However I have one complaint about service. One blonde at the bar did not practice safe or hygienic methods while serving others and I was thankful she did not serve us. I observed this woman use her bare hands to pick lemons or lime out of the bin into a cup for another customer. She then proceeded to place her entire hand inside the cup to remove something and replace it into the bin. Her BARE HANDS!!! Inside the cup!! She added whatever alcohol and served the customer. The same girl took a DOG from someone and went on the serve another customer with unwashed hands. What kind of mess is that? A dog in a bar and a server not washing her hands to serve customers right after. This is not sanitary. Oh did I mention that her dog hands went back into the lemon/lime bin and she tucked a neat piece into the mouth of a customers bottle? Just so nice that in an establishment they do not practice cleanliness. Do better.
