Visited today for the first time with my parents who are new permanent residents to the area and looking to discover local restaurants. Our server was wonderful and the food was brought out quickly and delicious. As we finished, the server said come back for the fish and chips. We probably will!?
Walked in and waited to get seated even though no one else was waiting. 8 people at the bar and one table of 10 people. Waitress sat us and asked about drinks. We said we would like to look at the menu. She apparently did not like this and we never saw her again. She stayed behind the bar talking with the people there but never cam back to check on us. There was another bartender behind the bar but I guess he could not handle the 8 people there After 15min we left. Will never go back.
Been meaning to visit for awhile and finally made it today! Really fun little place great food and service. Highly recommended
I had a Ruben sandwich which was the best I’ve ever had - simply delicious! My sister got the chicken sandwich. It was a large pice which she thought wasn’t going to be cook right. She said it was cooked perfectly. Will definitely go back :) Thanks guys!
I am a doordash driver and did a delivery from this restaurant today. It was over 25 minutes late, and when I did pick it up, the top item was leaking butter onto the other items in the bag.
Friends (4) total stopped by 2 Angry Wives for dinner. Our server, Mary was superb and really made our time at the Pub worthwhile with a great sense of humor and terrific service. 2 of Us were going strictly to try their Fish and Chips dinner. It was really good, and remained tasty and crispy throughout the meal. The fries were also excellent, especially with a dousing of ketchup and malt vinegar spanked on them. The food choices were enough to satisfy most purveyors of Irish cuisine and its a typical cool medium sized Irish Pub and Eatery. We all had a very good time and will definitely return... it's def a place to try and I'm thinking its a thumbs up 4 Leaf Clover review that you'll leave as well.
Went for lunch today. Only one server working. She did a good job with only being one person. The food on the other hand was terrible. The best part of the meal was the fries. Ordered bangers burger medium . The burger was burnt and the gravy was tasteless. My brother ordered chicken Mac and cheese and it came out Luke warm at best.
2 Angry Wives- Rockledge, FL- 3.5 Stars I sat in my driveway, engine off, and stared dumbfounded at my random name generator. The generator can't be right. It was directing me to the location of Cheer's, one of the Big Boy's first Swill Reports. I checked the internet, and low and behold; there wasn't a fresh new restaurant in that location with a one-of-a-kind name, 2 Angry Wives Pub & Eatery. Hoping they were much better than the previous occupant, I set course for Rockledge, and up north I went. Notice how I didn't say, "I told you so" about Cheers... If you have been married, you know how scary an angry wife can be, let alone two! I was a bit apprehensive as I opened the door and stepped inside. What greeted me was a well-stocked bar, plenty of beer on tap, and a game of footie on the telly. Yep. This was an Irish pub, all right. After having been seated and handed a menu, I took a moment to glance around, and I must say, I do like what they've done with the place. It was fresh, new, and gave off a vibrant aura. It wasn't too long before my waitress approached and introduced herself as Ashley. Ashley is another outstanding docent of the dining room and deserves accolades for her job performance. She was knowledgeable, friendly; I was able to answer all of my questions without hesitation. I found the menu to be ambitious and offered lots of fresh takes on old Irish staples. I was certainly intrigued and looking forward to sampling their wares. I asked Ashley if I could get a Scotch Egg along with an order of The Banger Mac and one Holy Trinity (a sample of their Shepherd's Pie, Chicken Pot Pie, and Guinness Pie). You don't eat your way around the country and achieve your weight without eating a Scotch Egg or four. Sadly, this one was not good. The egg was overcooked to the point of almost being related to a rubber bullet, and the sausage was a load of tosh. As I mentioned, I have eaten my fair share of Scotch Eggs, which is at the bottom of the list. Moving on to the Holy Trinity (I must say, I love the item names), I found the Shepherd's Pie to be delicate on the palate and not over seasoned, as is often the case with this dish. The Chicken Pot Pie was absolutely out of the world. The crust was buttery, flaky, and delicious, while the inside was creamy with a delectable mix of white and dark meat mingling with a group of vegetables offering a real depth of flavor one rarely finds in a pot pie. However, the Guinness Pie had me gobsmacked as my eyes immediately spotted the Sysco bagged pre-cut mushrooms. It would help if you had fresh mushrooms for the win here; otherwise, it was decent enough. The Guinness did add a layer of flavor heretofore unexplored. I almost failed to mention the freshly brewed ice tea. Yippee! That's how you make tea. The hero of this meal is the bangers & mac--perfectly cooked rigatoni with a blend of recherche cheeses. The in-house-made bangers were well blended and added great depth to this dish. If the Scotch Egg had not been so wretched, the score here would have been a solid 4.5. Yes, that's how good the rest of the food tasted. All in all, I had a pleasant experience, and my foray into their menu was slightly above average. The Big Boy says, "for some ambitious takes on Irish victuals, Bob's your Uncle at 2 Angry Wives."
Very good service. The beer selection is very good. Food is ok. I will be back to try more selections
It’s a shame as I live in rockledge. I came in and drank two beers. Ordered corned beef and cabbage for lunch. Literally over an hour later and I was sitting at the bar still no food. I asked the bar tender about it. She said I am so sorry went to kitchen and came back. She then offered to buy me a beer which was nice of her. But 25 mins later still no food. I finally had to tell her cancel my order I have to go. Sat there for over a hour and a half never got my food. Paid my beer tab and tipped her well as I don’t know or think it was her fault. I’ll just continue to go to twisted birch. Such disappointment because I love Irish food and it’s close to home.

The service was great however, the food was a huge disappointment. We got two appetizers, the Irish Nachos and the pretzel. The nacho topping of sauerkraut and shredded corned beef was tasty but did nothing for the dry French fries below. We all took about two fork fulls and left the remainder for the trash. The pretzel was too thin and over cooked, the mustard sauce was sweet and the other sauce was more of a white style gravy, both were blah. I got the corned beef and cabbage which was truly disgusting. The potatoes were hard, no butter, oil, parsley, nothing. The cabbage and carrots had a vinegar, sour taste, no seasoning, yuck. The thin sliced corned beef was ok, except the two mouthfuls of fat I pulled out. There again, 90% of my plate ended up in the trash. My husband got fish and chips, it was ok. Coleslaw was more of a vinegar versus creamy, a personal taste, that. He didn’t eat his fries, they were plain and flavorless, not much salt. I noticed our dinner companions had food remaining on their plates too. Now add in the poor beer selection and the highest label wine as Josh, this was not a foodies place to eat. We definitely will never eat here again.
Mark has s fantastic place. iris food here is wonderful and the prices are reasonably. The staff is very friendly. I love it
The Rachel sandwich, a turkey Reuben, was really good. Unfortunately the decaf coffee was a bit burnt and didn't complement the cheesecake. I should have returned it. Waitress was nice, timing was off. Inflation is killing eating out for average wage earners.
Really friendly staff! The quality of food is poor and overpriced for serving processed chicken. Basically every item on the menu is fried, including the salads listed on menu. We were the only 2 people there and they still messed up our order.
food is always excellent.Service is great as well but they seem a bit understaffed.Would reccommend to anyone looking for a bite to eat
