The young lady taking orders in line was chatting it up with the car in front of me while I waited 11 minutes in line only to have my coffee come out iced instead of hot. It took almost 20 minutes in a drive through for a coffee & a pretty bagged muffin top. And I wasn't impressed with the quality of my latte.

I love 7 brew, but they take their time when it comes to getting these coffees out! I left the house an hour before my doctors appointment down the street from the location and sat in their line for 30 MINUTES. Causing me to have to now hurry and find a parking spot, and hopefully run in my appointment without being rescheduled!!!

I love 7 Brew! Starbucks is trash compared to them!!!
I've only been able to experience this place a few times, but they make a good drink and I haven't been let down. EDIT: Atmosphere was a 3 because it's basically just a line and they come right to you on your way up. Each time it's moved very fast. I had to bump it to a 4 because they always have decent music playing.

Visited 7/23 about 8:30 pm. One car ahead of me. Male server BS'ing with car in front of me totally ignoring my car. After no service for 5 minutes drove off. 7 Brew lost a good sale and many future sales. Difficult to get good employees i guess. Thus guy is loosing your customer base.
10/23/25. Gave them another chance. Once again, they got the order wrong. Young employees are not competent, very distracted and not very interested in their customer. It will be a long time before I try them again. Really unfortunate because they have a good product, but not good employees.

Always love me a 7 Brew! We are from Wisconsin and this is my daughter's favorite coffee place. Drove an hour and 15 minutes for this one. Lol She did the same thing when she visited Georgia. 🤣 Her favorite is a Blondie chill. My favorite is a SF sweet & salty with almond milk. Hot or cold, depends on the weather. (That's white chocolate mocha with salted caramel) and it sooo good! Go get yourself one.
What I love about 7Brew is that its has the largest variety of sugar free options. Every other place just offers mocha or caramel.
