Arby's has the best customer service out of all fast food chains. EVERY visit we are warmly greeted and respectfully served. The food is delicious and orders accurate! Good management here!

Hands down best experience I’ve had at a fast food place. Maya is so nice and her service when ordering and at the window were amazing. My food was fresh and hot and I’m just super happy after that experience!
This Arby's is struggling to have enough employees. The ones there seem to be getting hassled by a lot of guests. The employees are frazzled due to that, and being stretched too thin. I was not happy with our order because the buns were burnt and the soda was flat. Due to the troublesome car in front of us and all the kitchen timers going off the whole time we were in line, I know they were trying. The woman at the window was still nice and pleasant with us. I hope that they have more help by the next time we visit.

Dining in and drive thru at this location lately the food has been taking forever and a life time to come out. I dined in this visit & waited for my food to be served for over 35 minutes.. just a simple order, 2 roast beef sandwiches & 2 small fries. The food sat outside of window while they served multiple different cars in drive thru and when I finally received everything it was ice cold. Will be driving further to go to the Merritt island location from now on.
