We r visiting from Pennsylvania and my hubby wanted crawfish. Amazing - it's a hidden jem in a strip mall. I had the mussels and hubby had the crawfish. The service was exceptional - if your waitress was ignoring you then she probably had a good reason. It was semi busy for a Tuesday night but we were seated and served promptly. We had a terrific dinner. I ate everything but the shells. The garlic & butter w/ old bay seasoning was delicious. The medium heat is kinda spicy so make sure you ask about the different7 heat options. I know we will be back. Cheyenne was AWESOME. Thanks for the great meal.
Back for dinner again.. Casey was great. Had the Lovers dinner and gumbo - just enough for two. I know we will be back before we leave beginning of March.
Update: Back again in February 2026. Still awesome. Love the crab boils and the waitresses. Amazing food and service.

The owner got mad at me because I ordered a family combo that was supposed to have a pound of king crab in it they never told me they didn't have king crab and tried to switch out the pound of king crab for a regular pound of snow crab which is not the same cost she would not lower the price or add more snow crab in place of the king crab that they didnt inform me that they didnt have when i ordederd the combo which cost more than snow crab sorry won't let you overcharge me for a product that is not as expensive as what I was supposed to get

It was ok. It's one of those places that likes to drown the seafood in butter,garlic, and seasonings. I ordered mine naked with garlic butter and lemon on the side. It definitely didn't taste as good as other seafood places that I've been to, but it was okay. Probably won't go back.

This experience sadly came down to poor very customer service. If something goes wrong at a restaurant but it is righted in a very gracious way, the customer is more likely to have a very positive any memorable experience, as well as be more likely to pass along the recommendation to others-- even moreso perhaps than if it was just a smooth expected experience. It's an opportunity!
My family and I had 4-$10 gift cards from an event. There was no fine print anywhere on them clarifying and limitations of use. We asked the waitress ahead of time if we could use them. She said she would check but then never followed up with us, so we assumed there was no issue and proceeded to order. We decided to combine all of our meals into one large tray instead of ordering separately.
The food and environment were amazing. When it came time to pay our ~$130 combined bill, we were told that we couldn't use the gift cards together, only one. Fine, we could just split the check 4 ways and use one on each bill. Not possible, they said that this was one meal, not 4, and that we couldn't use more than 1 gift card and refused to even split the check for us. Honestly, it was hard to find a single thing on the menu for $10 or less. We politely pushed back on this as there was NO fine print and we had even checked beforehand. We asked to speak to the manager, who was actually not the manager, and it got to be very tense and awkward. She got upset and said she'd get in trouble and would have to pay for the $40 herself. I suppose we could have just left the gift cards in place of our tip, but we didn't want to be low.
This took a very long time to be resolved, with a small fidgety child in tow, and in the end, we got to use all 4 gift cards, with one waitress throwing the other under the bus in an apology, and we went on our way. But what are we going to remember the most about this experience? Obviously, we will remember the whole gift card fiasco that was handled so poorly. We were well paying customers with more family in the area that we would have made future plans to return with. That's a big loss for this restaurant and hopefully this review can be helpful feedback for improvement.

If you like seafood you have to experience this hidden gem! Don't get dressed up it can get messy, so much fun and the seasonings are amazing! I suggest the bomb for the seasoning, a combination of all the seasonings.
We usually drive to Autumns once a year because we live in another state and it takes a few hours it get there. We had both of our sons with us and wanted to treat them to Autumns seafood which is usually amazing. However, on this trip the food wasn't very good. Autumns is usually worth the drive for the food and experience but this time it just wasn't worth our while. I'll still give 4 stars because Autumns is usually the go to place for seafood (for us anyway) to the point where we'll drive 4 hours to get there once a year it just so happen that this time was a total miss and we may not be so keen to drive next year.

Autumn Crab in Rockledge never disappoints! It's become a place where my family and I have made so many great memories. Every time we go, the seafood is cooked to perfection, and their bomb sauce is seriously the best – a must-try for anyone visiting!
