Ordered through door dash. Big king bacon burger was supposed to b plain with cheese! It was fully loaded and dripping in ketchup mayo! I also ordered a double whopper add mustard w/o cheese fully loaded! It came burnt burger patties n only mustard! It was very disgusting on both items! We will never ever eat at burger king again bc they are midgets n servants, NOT KING!

about a lb of mayonnaise, ketchup, o my burger, what the hell, got it all over my leather seats do you just do whatever, just to get people out don't trust the bur ,had black pepper, but I really don't know, so there goes 15 dollars..and cleaning of everything in my car.,if you can't do business right, just close please
Ordered for door Dash delivery, requested that all mayonnaise be removed from all items. Apparently someone thought it would be funny if they added double the mayonnaise on everything. Can’t get refund because of DoorDash but I can spread this far and wide. Never ordering from them again, maybe they can get somebody there who knows how to read that would be helpful especially with the deliveries.

I just had the worst experience at this location. I ordered on the app which states that the restaurant is open until 12 AM, I arrived before 11 PM and was yelled at by an employee who was sitting outside. There were three employees sitting on the sidewalk smoking weed, on the clock I’m assuming (I could smell it as I was sitting at the menu board with my window down). I was yelled at and told that they were closed, that Google is wrong with what time they’re open til and when I stated that their direct website says midnight and that I was able to place an order, she continued to yell at me that I was wrong and Google is wrong and that they were closed. When I asked what I should do about my order, another girl stood up and asked me to pull around to the window and she would check for me as the other girl continued to yell and began cursing at me and getting aggressive for no reason. I pulled around to the window and nobody ever came to it so I finally just left. That was so beyond unprofessional and inappropriate and I hope that that employee is reprimanded for that behavior and also, I hope that they understand that smoking weed on the clock is not acceptable.

Literally the slowest BK. Avoid it like the plague. If you’re the only car 15 minute drive thru wait. If there’s someone in front you, double it. I live across the street and will go out of my way to avoid this Burger King location. 2015 Jan 23

This location deserves ZERO stars. This is one of the worst burger kings I have ever been to. The night crew never stays open until 11 and the employees stand in the back of the store so that no customers can see them. I ordered on the app 30 minutes before they closed and when I pulled into the drive thru nobody said a word but the employees’ cars were sitting in the parking lot. Management needs to get a hold of their employees.

If I could give less I would. Systems were supposedly down and could only take mobile orders, so I went 3 mins away to make the mobile order just to come back and the drive thrus to be closed and doors locked. Workers outside just hanging out. No one asked if I needed help with something.

We don't live in Florida but I guarantee we will NEVER go to this Burger King again! The Whopper and the 10 fries I got were ice cold and the ice tea was warm! And everytime I tried to call it automatically hangs up after 7 rings! I'm taking my complaint all the way to BK corporate! This is completely unacceptable and from what I've read its been going on for at least 6yrs!!they are going to listen to me.

They don't even have regular employees anymore. It's a 3rd party company that gets my order wrong half of the time. It's not worth it to correct them. What you get is what you get.

Seriously? I ordered the maple bacon burger, when we received it, it didn't come with anything on it just a plain patty and bun! Wtf! Not even cheese! If you don't have the product you have to inform the customer not send out the completely wrong thing and hope that it's OK! We will be disputing this with our bank. We ordered it with everything on there then someone management went into the system and changed our order to say no on everything listed on that burger... what's worse we ordered 2 rodeo burgers too that came with bbq sauce so it wasn't as if they didn't have any... this store should have communicated they didn't have the product.
We don't normal dine out and had been working extra hard all day, hadn't had the chance to eat all day and thought it would be nice to treat ourselves... then this. So I'm sure most can understand our disappointment. I then tried to call this store to which no one answered and after I rang an 3rd time I'm assuming they blocked my number because it kept going to voice mail.
We just wanted a burger made right...
On top of all of this, they didn't give us halfsies just the fries, I received, litteraly a quarter wedge of lettuce on the pickle ranch burger, I paid extra for extra Pickles and received one single pickle on my burger... what even is this?
I expect this whole thing to be refunded as this whole experience was unnecessary.
Our door dash driver was lovely though and I hope he's had a good night.
