Avoid this establishment! 02/19/2024WOSRT SERVICE EVER!!!***(( UPDATED))*** 12/23/23NOPE!!! DUMP!!! AVOID IT!!!THIS PLACE IS A DUMP! I can't believe a business like this still operates in the City of Rockledge. They are never open in the mornings on time. Often 1 hour or so late with little care. Hardly ever get your order correct and the kids who work here are rude and just plain ignorant and often on their phones. The food is ALWAYS cold... They NEVER answer the phone so correcting their mistake with the order is just crazy!!! It is really odd how they stay open.

I went here around 10:15 p.m. and grabbed some food with a friend and they only had 2 workers in the store, I asked for my food fresh and he didn't disappoint. I never had such great service from fast food before, I wish I had gotten his name!???

I went in my lunch and had to drive cause their is no burger king ? close to my work finally got their waited forever for a simple number one finally got my order and it was like it was someone else's lunch clod smashed fries clod everything was horrible the drink taste like chorline it was just horrible this is the third time you would think I'd learn but I was hoping it would be better no chance .spent ten in fuel and 13 dollars on food just to take one bite and toss it in the trash they need to get rid of that young male manager he can't do his simple minded job it's just unreal waste time and money and starved the rest of the day can't believe how bad it was and drive thru was over 20mins for cold food wth man...They need to hire adults to run the store not dirty looking like kids looking like they just woke up with a dirty long sleeve black shirt and a white brown stained shirt over the appearance made me second guess my food and yes I felt sick afterwards maybe I'll call the board of health today I tryed calling to take my food back but nope straight to voice mail.wow nice bizness..Sincerely very upset customer........

Update: Oct. 4, they WON'T HONOR THE $3 WHOPPER WEDNESDAY. A great big company like that?! Watch these greedy CROOKS go out of business. They're waiting for people who are too tired/hungry to go somewhere else; then someone in this store is KEEPING THAT EXTRA MONEY. I used to like it there, but that's WRONG of them! Recently, the inside was closed; I don't want to eat in my vehicle, or standing on the sidewalk to keep car/truck clean. Original review: After the TREES WERE CUT DOWN several years ago, we can only go when it's cooler. CAN'T go for lunch anymore; it would have to be a winter day. The trees WERE on the hottest (west) side. They were such a help, to keep vehicles from becoming death traps. One day about 3 months ago, there was almost no a.c. inside. We didn't return for awhile. After reading some other reviews, about lack of a.c., + food, it makes me wonder WHO'S TAKING THE MONEY home. (Aug. 14 + Sept. 2, they were OUT OF ICE CREAM).Parking: Ruined. Shade trees CUT DOWN. HORRIBLE in HOT weather. As I said; can't go there.

Pulled up to the drive thru at 11:15, 45 minutes before it says they close. Waited over five minutes with no response, tried calling, no answer. Pretty annoying when I drove 15 mins out of my way for dinner. Definitely won’t make the drive again.

You have an employee mignon very rude and disrespectful as well as one of the managers that I didn't catch her name however the manager lizet was very professional very courteous and did the job that a manager was supposed to do it was also another young black man manager there he also came up to help but you have a older black lady manager that wears glasses that she was very rude very cocky as well not PPL service at all but the food the food was excellent Dead on kudos to the Cook and kudos to Lisette the manager thank you for listening

First let me start off by saying that I am a regular customer at this Burger King however today September 20th I had the worst experience at a fast food restaurant in my life first of all when we walk through the door a customer was already complaining and telling the cooks in the manager that was in the back why y'all laughing and getting it I don't see s h i t funny and y'all better not be playing over my food okay but that wasn't my business so now it's time for me to take my order and the lady at the register minion just was disputing it was perks week she was disputing me using my points tell him I can't use my 1500 points to receive my two Whoppers everything I said she was getting nasty snapping to where she called another manager Lizette and Lizette asked her to just step aside and let her take care of me and she even talked back to the manager but she said step aside so she did so as Lizette the good manager came forward to take my order she's so busy watching her she's over there Mom and getting the food together did I lie and I said excuse me ma'am that is so unprofessional so I did stated ma'am you way over there backing up the school trying to look back here making slick remarks and smiling as you're being mischievous and I stated you know you're very disrespectful and I'm steady yes ma'am in a no man man and it's overall just a horrible experience so I'm going to choose which and what days I will shop at Burger King especially until I get up rightful apology I think that it was another head manager there she wasn't no help she wanted to argue as well Lizette was the only one that was very professional and trying to rectify it was a young black boy there as well working a manager that was there and they were trying to rectify the situation on a level of professionalism as it should be done well until later this is my review I hope that it make it to the corporate office [email protected]
