I've really tried multiple occasions to like this place. But after this last experience im done. Ordered online. They missed one of my items (my fault for not checking) my potato soup was not edible. Tasted like there was some sort of chemical in it. The grape salad had multiple rotten grapes. And the mac and cheese. Tasted super weird and chemically. How do you mess up Mac and cheese. I'm keeping the items in case I get sick to have them tested for whatever is in them. I hope I don't have to go that route.

They changed the menu and didn’t update their website.
Name is deceiving: they don’t have any salad here whatsoever!
They don’t make “salad” for you when you go in. They direct you to pre-packaged “salad” in their fridge and state, “it’s all made fresh every morning and placed there.”
This place won’t last. I left without buying anything.

Ordered a catering for an employee that was retiring after working 36.5 years, and her favorite lunch is chicken salad!! Everything was delicious, ingredients were fresh, atmosphere was inviting and clean. When I went to pick up the order the employees were fast and friendly! Job well done!!

Came in for lunch, I already knew I couldn’t eat the chicken salad due to an allergy to garlic. I then asked about the soups, the girl said I don’t know. She then asked the people working in the back they didn’t know either. I ended up with the Mac n cheese. If I have an allergic reaction I am suing.

First time trying Chicken Salad Chick. Customer service was great warm and friendly. Food was light and delicious. I got the Sassy Scotty, poblano chicken soup and the famous grape salad! 10/10 on everything!

They should use a thicker bread, it’s pretty thin - when toasted it becomes soft and flattens. Would like to see more lettuce on the sandwich, too. 3 BLT sandwiches, each with one side, and just one drink totaled to $40+.

I came in to pick up an order. I let the young lady behind the counter know within 5 mins of getting there that I was there to pick up the order. I waited for almost 30 mins for the order. Someone told me that the owner was there and pointed her out to me. I walked over to let her know about my issue so that way she could coach her staff, because I have been a GM/owner of restaurants myself and always want a chance to win people back if the were upset. Plus I would like to know so I can coach my staff.
When I told the owner she basically gave me attitude for saying anything and started making all these excuses, which I could have understand if it wasn’t for me talking to the young lady right when I got there to just let her know I was waiting so they would start to work on the order.
The way I was spoken to was what I would expect from a shift manager at a cheap fast food restaurant. Not the owner of what looks like a nice restaurant.
I pray she was just having a bad day and not normally like this. I wish them luck, but I can’t support a place like this.
