The worst service I've ever experienced, I've never been smiled at I've been in there several times and I will never go back. And the food is horrible

The place was very dirty, the bathroom, outside the front door as you go in. Not a sole in there was friendly, nor did they speak. I will not be going back to that location.
Rude workers. Order was wrong
Regina was extremely rude and disrespectful. We couldn’t even finish ordering before she was snappy while we were trying to order, we ordered one thing she gave the total when we had more to order. We asked for flavors she rudely said they’re listed on the screen. We gladly drove off. I cannot believe they employ someone like that. She had terrible customer service! I will not be going back.

I wanted to take a moment to commend your team on their recent performance. I ordered a tea and instead received a hot coffee with a tea bag in it, an innovative twist I’m sure wasn’t on the menu. Clearly, distinguishing between coffee and tea is now considered optional training at your location. To add to the excitement, the lid wasn’t secured properly, resulting in a delightful hot coffee shower for my hands, a truly immersive sensory experience. When I called the store to share my appreciation and feedback, no one answered. I can only assume they were too busy perfecting the next creative beverage. We used to stop by occasionally, but it seems that the standard of service continues to “improve” in its own unique way. Every other order now features missing items, mix-ups, or inventive reinterpretations, which certainly keeps life interesting and my wallet lighter. Perhaps the franchise owner might consider investing in some employee training, though I understand that mastering the art of making the correct sandwich, pouring the correct drink, and pulling the correct donut might be a high bar these days.

Staff are unprofessional. Loud music was played in the kitchen area, besides the common lobby space. Associates are not courteous and are extremely ignorant. We did not feel welcome. The quality of the products is still poor. Not a first-time customer there. MANAGEMENT, do something!!!
I went to the drive thru this morning at 9:40am I got a muffin and a breakfast sandwich. The guy at the first window was great so I tipped. I get to the second window for my sandwich this lady gives me a death stare and literally crumbled my bag and threw it in my car and slammed her window shut! Seriously freakin rude as heck and I am pretty ticked off about it. I didn’t do anything to deserve that and I will be contacting their manager about it! It was busy but damn I didn’t do anything wrong for her to act like that!

If you want to be late for work this is the place to go.
Staff is slow AF and even if you order ahead using the app. 95% chance your food won't be ready when you get to the window.
I've had to abandon orders I paid for and back out of the drive thru after sitting there for 13 minutes waiting for them to serve the 1 car in front of me.
Staff turnover needed for this location to be functional.
