I went to the drive thru this morning at 9:40am I got a muffin and a breakfast sandwich. The guy at the first window was great so I tipped. I get to the second window for my sandwich this lady gives me a death stare and literally crumbled my bag and threw it in my car and slammed her window shut! Seriously freakin rude as heck and I am pretty ticked off about it. I didn’t do anything to deserve that and I will be contacting their manager about it! It was busy but damn I didn’t do anything wrong for her to act like that!

Staff is slow AF and even if you order ahead using the app. 95% chance your food won't be ready when you get to the window.
I've had to abandon orders I paid for and back out of the drive thru after sitting there for 13 minutes waiting for them to serve the 1 car in front of me.
Staff turnover needed for this location to be functional.

Thursday morning, 9:15. Nearly out of everything. No sesame bagels, 1 raisin bagel, 1 muffin left. And they don't carry chocolate chip muffins! Say what?! Service employees with personality like a wet sponge. They got my simple order right at least - but only because I went inside and made sure. I would hate to order actual sandwiches and stuff. It is a shame this DD has such bad reviews - it is in a great location to be successful, it surely needs an overhaul, management? America isn't runnin' on this Dunkin.

food was ok however the service is HORRIBLE i’ve come here a handful of times and every time they are very rude and extremely unprofessional. i had to ask for my receipt to the last at the window that was on speaker phone having a conversation with someone on the phone. she gave me my drink and said “bye” i said “umm i have food too” she told me as she walked away with a very rude attitude pointing to the next window “oh well you have to go to the next window if u got food” i proceeded to sit at the second window for 10 minutes before i was given my food. there were 2 workers, nobody dining in and i was the only one in the drive thru. not to mention my food is burnt
I am a long time customer first time reviewer. I had a great experience with the dunkin off fiske near 95. Shout out to Chloe for making the absolute best campfire frozen coffee. Also shout to the manager Santonio for picking positive talented employees like Chloe. Ty.
