I just received through DoorDash the worst two cups of coffee I could imagine. They were undrinkable! I’m not sure how you can make a sour, burnt and plastic tasting coffee, but they pulled it off! I can still taste the sourness, I can’t get it out of my mouth! I think that there’s maybe one or two people at this location that can actually make coffee, and none of them work day shift. You're better off going to the hospital and get a cup there - it’ll be better than here!

Gave Dunkin Donuts another chance after several bad experiences previously at other locations.
Made my order at the counter with a guy who was very competent and friendly. A dozen donuts, an apple fritter, and the six dollar meal deal with hash browns, a bagel egg and bacon sandwich plus iced coffee.
After about 5 minutes at the table, heard my order called out. Went to the front to collect it and there was a dippy guy there that asked my name and said that the exact same order sitting on the counter was not mine. He looked at some tags behind him and apparently felt like the order had not been made yet. So I went back to my seat. After about 10 more minutes the dippy guy calls out the same order. So I go up to the counter again and the dippy guy looked at the same bag, that had not moved an inch. And once again determines that's not my order even though it's exactly what I told him I ordered both times!
The guy that waited on me, was very nice and sharper. So I asked him to intervene when he finished with the customer at the ordering spot.
He walked over and looked at the same bag that had been sitting there for about 15 minutes on the counter (and not under the heater). And intelligently deduced that since it was exactly what I had ordered that it must be my order. Turns out that when you walk up to the counter they don't put your name on the order and apparently the dippy guy couldn't comprehend that fact. You can't make this up!
So I take the order back to the table and in the photo you can see they only give you six of the tiny little hash browns. Zoomed in close but let me assure you that the bag is very small also, and the hash browns only fill about a quarter of the bag. Plus my bagel sandwich was hard as a rock from sitting on the counter for over 15 minutes, not under the warmer getting cold and the bagel getting hard as a rock.
Ask for more hash browns from the dippy guy who refused telling me that they only give six and that's it.
Saw a manager owner guy walking around straightening out chairs and cleaning up trash by the trash bin and he asked me if everything was okay. Told him about the experience and that I wasn't happy with it. He heard me out and apologized - which I appreciate. Offered to refill my iced coffee. But I told him I'd rather have a decent amount of the hash browns so he gave me another six lol. Between the two hash browns that equates to about half of the small package. Which doesn't seem to match what you see in the photo advertisement for that meal by the way. In the ad, it shows six of these miniature hash browns, but they are approximately twice as big in the ad, as they are in reality. In relation to the breakfast sandwich and the iced coffee - also shown in the photo. False advertising to me.
Friend wanted an apple fritter and luckily there was one left but they don't include it with the dozen donuts by the way.
*** The competitor donut shop in South Titusville will include apple fritters in the dozen with no upcharge. And the apple fritters are full of apples and very good, instead of all mangled and tiny like the one I got at this Dunkin' Donuts in Rockledge.
Gave them a rating of 2, simply because the owner manager heard me out. Otherwise it would have been a one regards the rating.

Specifically asked for my bagel to be toasted and then I got all the way to work to realize they still didn’t toast it. This is the second time and it’s starting to get really annoying. Who wants a bagel and cream cheese on a cold, hard bagel?ðŸ˜

I sat at the drive thru for 5-7 min. No one acknowledged me. Cars were backing up behind me. A guy even stick his head out the back door and still no one showed up or spoke up .I finally went around and went inside and within just a minute or so the people that had been behind me were getting their orders at the window. I do not understand what the problem was but I spent most of my time very aggravated. That's just my experience that day.
