10 am Saturday, March 29, 2025 I was overcharged for my purchase in the drive-through. They didn’t hand me a receipt, something didn’t seem right. I proceeded to ask for a receipt, and my order was wrong. I went in and asked for a refund for the overcharge, they didn’t even ask me what for. It seems very suspicious. Moreover, they microwaved my bagel instead of toasting it.

Used drive thru. Worker acted like it was a hassle for me to order and couldn't be bothered to say hello and instead asked, "What do you want?" Got bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich that was cold and didn't have bacon. Don't think there's any reason to return to this location.

3 Years ago this was a good Dunkin Donuts, now it is awful. They fired/removed the manager and team they had at that time, installed an automated kiosk that barely works and actually makes wait times MUCH longer, and now leave the place short-staffed almost constantly...leading to the worst service and wait times in the area. Avoid this Dunkin, poor management/ownership has driven it into the ground.
They make orders incorrectly, food is poorly prepared, and the staff is very rude/completely detached from customers.
By far the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. The manager has the worst attitude along with her staff. Can’t do things right either. My order is always wrong. Went today after months of not going & the first thing they do is mess up my drink. Seems like they hate when I Order ahead? One time the manager saw me standing on the counter & didn’t acknowledge me, another customer comes In & acknowledges her. I speak up & tel her I was waiting there & she claimed she didn’t see me?

Extra large coffee hot 15 minutes to get it after ordering by absolutely employees who do not care and take no accountability or responsibility. Horrible service and still no receipt. Disgusting customer service. I will never return to this location. Dunkin donuts is going down hill quickly at every location I stop at. ?
