The lady behind the counter is incredibly rude. Incredibly snappy, no manners, and has the personality of wet paint. Wont even greet you when you walk in or make any attempt at being polite when leaving as well. Either find a new profession, or let someone who's actually happy in life work the front counter.

Ordered chicken wings, beef teriyaki, crab Rangoon, general sau chicken. About an hour of eating the chicken wings and teriyaki I was getting sick. Something wasn’t right with the food. Waste of 55 dollars since I haven’t even touched the general sau chicken. I’m going to have to throw away everything.

Would give this zero stars if I could. This place keeps canceling my door dash order for no reason.

I have been going here since I moved to Viera in 2021. The gal working behind the counter has always been so rude to me, and I am over it. Final straw tonight. I will be taking my business elsewhere, and if they go under, it's the fault of that mean gal behind the counter.

The woman at the counter is extremely rude. The place smelled very bad when I walked in I almost gagged and the kitchen/lobby looks very dirty. Do not recommend.

Horrible!!! Had sesame chicken, definitely wasn't chicken, 2 bites and trashed it. Also ordered moo shoo shrimp, maybe 4 cocktail shrimp, flavorless, and burnt. Sat waiting for food, looked around at rusty tables and filthy floors never again. Wasted $35 .

Spent over $180 for Christmas Eve dinner. Scheduled the order at 7am for it to be ready by 5pm. I got there and they said 10 mins. I gave hours of notice in advance about the order, but the real problem was the chicken and broccoli and beef with broccoli tasted like fish. Which killed it. The fact I ordered shrimp with garlic sauce tells me they just made it all in the same pan or it was flat out bad.
The general Taos had a hard rubber like piece in it too. The chicken teriyaki wasn’t chicken either. No one in my family could tell what it was. The only thing that came out right was the white rice and dumplings really. Everything else was pretty

The young man behind the desk was incredibly nice. I really loved Netzach’s surprise appearance. My go to Chinese restaurant. 10/10

The order taker lady during lunch may be the rudest person I've met in the area. She either has contempt for her customers or has the worst private life ever. She never smiles and is brusk and oh oh if you get an order to go, remember you have to ask for a fork and napkin. The shrimp with cashew was mostly rice and celery. A decent amount of shrimp but hardly any cashews almost all celery. Stay away.

This was my first time ordering from this restaurant, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. I ordered the garlic chicken and chicken lo mein. The chicken had an unusual texture—chewy and oddly fishy in taste, though it did shred like chicken. I ended up spending $40 on food I couldn’t even enjoy or finish. The lo mein itself wasn’t bad, but I had to pick out the chicken to make it edible. Overall, not worth the money.
