Ice Cream Hut Rockledge

Ordered 2 large soft serve cones, etc. and was given cups instead. Kept 1 cup and returned the other for the cone. The employees' impression was that he was inconvenienced for asking for what we ordered. The ice cream cone was not large, and the ice cream was almost falling off by the way it was made. He messed up on dispensing the ice cream and put it back into the machine to remake the cone. Long wait for not being crowded. Ice cream cone looked nothing like the picture.

My wife and I stopped in yesterday (01/25/2025) and the place was packed. There was a young man there, an employee, all by himself. I didn't catch his name but he had green stripes in his hair. This young man was working his ass off. Efficient, polite, completely overwhelmed. He is a credit to this location and your business. My wife and I wanted him to know that we appreciated his efforts.

Looked up local ice cream spots and found this place . Decided to give them a try . Ice cream we got was great . But only issue was they were out of several flavors including cookies and creams and strawberry . They also didn't have the new cotton candy infusion ice cream sundae that I went there for specifically for ! I was told they didn't have everything to make it . The employeeworking was very fast and efficient ! No problems with service but need to do better as far as having the product you are advertising !

Don’t order the root beer float! The past 4 times we have been there they just say “out of root beer”. Your business is next to a grocery store…go get some. The little girls that work the counter are rude and do not go out of their way to be nice or helpful.

come in almost every week for milkshake monday & staff work hard to get through rushes.
everything is kept tidy & clean and i enjoy every visit:)

It's okay but what is irritating and you spend about $10 and then you ask for like the free cup of water and then they come up with some lame excuse and you end up having to pay an extra couple dollars for water but overall the ice cream is good so I gave it a four even though I was ticked about having to pay xtra 4 water

We love going to ice cream hut. because they have diversity and my favorite ice cream to get there, is rum raisin. Everything was clean and the two employees that were there were working very hard.

Had Ava help me as soon as i walked in door, never been to an ice cream hut there was so much to offer but Ava gave me great recommendations and customer service.
