The place looks and smells clean (first thing we noticed). Customers service was outstanding- she talked about the flavors, recommended some, and let us try a couple. The ice cream was simply delicious! I got the Pineapple Upside-down Sundae.
My wife and I stopped in yesterday (01/25/2025) and the place was packed. There was a young man there, an employee, all by himself. I didn't catch his name but he had green stripes in his hair. This young man was working his ass off. Efficient, polite, completely overwhelmed. He is a credit to this location and your business. My wife and I wanted him to know that we appreciated his efforts.
Looked up local ice cream spots and found this place . Decided to give them a try . Ice cream we got was great . But only issue was they were out of several flavors including cookies and creams and strawberry . They also didn't have the new cotton candy infusion ice cream sundae that I went there for specifically for ! I was told they didn't have everything to make it . The employeeworking was very fast and efficient ! No problems with service but need to do better...
