How they got this review !?! I never been to a hot pot place that serve you refrigerated cold broth. Everything seems to be just leftover, reused. I understand the food cost concern since this place seems not busy at all. At least some fresh broth or heat it up before bring it out. Welp So more expensive than place that's 3x the size. Place need lots of TLC. Then some extra more

Minimal selection of menu. Very small plates. Broth came out ice cold and took a long time to heat up. Restaurant could be cleaner and all the seats are stained. Not very appetizing for a $35 meal. Volcano hot pot and bbq is much better

Terrible!!! Absolute rip off!! The selection of food was terrible, not good quality they were slow to refill proteins The place isn’t clean The staff does not check on you for refills ect. We had to actually find them. We asked about dessert for some reason the girl said… oh we might have 1 scoop of chocolate ice cream and maybe a couple Jack fruit popsicles.. I have never been so disappointed in any restaurant ever! I see several bad reviews about this place now ( should have read them earlier) What i don’t understand is how there are any positive reviews?? Over priced garbage!! Never again

I went here for a girls dinner with my bestie and our waiter (Ella) was the nicest person ever! she made sure our drinks were full, gave us great service, and made us smile throughout the whole dinner. this was my first time going to a hot pot style dining and Ella made sure we were comfortable, knew what to do to use our hot pot stoves, and the best way to enjoy our ramen. we had a great time and can’t wait to go back!

Place was nowhere near as good as I hoped. Food did not smell pleasant, there were nails sticking out on the top of my table, out of a bunch of menus items, and only drinking options were water and diet cook. What a joke man.

Sorry we don’t have it, but everything is still in the menu like what the hell. it seems like the place is going out of business and they are still trying to make as much money as they can because there’s nothing there for people to eat. save yourself some trouble just go to Orlando and eat some other things.

I was super excited to see a k-pot restaurant in my area.
Place is a little difficult to find at first
Service was very good but the place in my opinion the place is very dirty. Im not sure if we just came at a bad time but every thing is stained chairs, walls and tables. There was used plates and bowls on the table near the hot pot by another customer and they remained there for the entire duration of our meal.
I wanted to try it so i didnt turn away. Food was really good though hopefully this wasn't there normal
