As a native Florida girl- I do not understand the “NY bagel” hype. I had been craving a Bagel with scallion cream cheese but didn’t have time to drive to Bagel World in Merritt Island for my favorite so I decided to try this place and see what the whole “NY” thing was about.
Walked in and wasn’t greeted, but they seemed busy so no biggie. I saw they had scallion cream cheese along with lots of other flavors- some pretty standard, some pretty exciting- jalapeño? Yum! I was in a hurry and didn’t get a picture but there was at least 8 flavors- how nice!! I placed my order and it was prepared very quickly- I was out the door in under 8 minutes. (Friday morning at 7:30 for reference )
I was excited to try the everything bagel, toasted, with scallion cream cheese. Looked delicious!!
I always start with the top to get those garlic and onion flavors, and bit into the top with delightful anticipation. Hummm, nice cold cream cheese, and wow, that’s a lot of salt! Texture was crunch on the outside, chew on the inside. Nice. Figured that maybe the salt was not distributed evenly and took another bite. Wow- still lots of salt. I didn’t see a bunch to brush off, because if I did I would have tried to right there. I finished that top and figured maybe the other half of the top would be better, but nope!! So much salt! I am sure that my BP went up just eating the first half so I did not eat the second half. Disappointed. Personally, I did not think this bagel was anything special, and the exorbitant amount of salt was a definite turn off. The wide selections cream cheese may lure me back, but at $5.45 for one bagel it probably won’t be soon.

My wife and I love the bagels here. The staff is always friendly, and it seems to be a family type of establishment. Also, they have homemade cream cheese. Delicious!

In my opinion, best place to get bagels around The. The bagels are outstanding and delicious with options that are unique to Long Island, and also the friendly staff is always there to greet us and treat us like we’re family. My kids and I try and stop in at least once a week. Good job guys!

This place is ELITE! I live in Orlando and drive for these bagels! Legit the best I’ve had in Florida. The staff is awesome, the place is clean and everything made in house! If you love bagels or if you’re from NY, do yourself a favor and come in! PS. SPK always!

I'm an original Upstate NY girl, so I was on the hunt for a good bagel! It was great! The folks could not be friendlier, the bagel ate like a meal, and they have a crazy variety of cream cheeses. I had the onion and my uncle had the everything. He said the jalapeno cheese was tasty, but I went with the plain so I could really get a feel for the bagel. I sampled the olive and I will get that next time with the egg bagel. We enjoyed them and we are full, too lol.

Thanksgiving morning stopped at a bagel shop I saw on a Facebook video. Food was absolutely delicious and perfect. Reminded me of home. Loved the atmosphere the staff wonderful and the owner was so sweet. I recommend if your from up north this is the closest thing to a bagel sandwich. We ordered 6 sandwiches can’t go wrong with Taylor ham and cheese or sausage egg and cheese salt peeper ketchup ❤️

One of the best freshest tasting bagel I have ever tasted! Cooked right to order, you can see the steam coming off the food! Definitely coming back and it really hit the spot after a night shift! It was my first time at this shop and it was fantastic!

The steak, egg and cheese everything bagel was delightfully delicious and made fresh.
The environment was welcoming and the employees did very well with taking, making and correcting the orders in a very willing and professional manner.
