It’s a McDonald’s so not criticizing fine dining but I regularly get a Dr Pepper on my way to work a couple times a week and probably 1 every 5 times it’s just straight carbonated water, looks like ice tea and tastes like crap

Very prous of the one single employee who was working tonight, McKenzie.
She was very pleasant and helpful, even though she was here alone.
Even when an ignorant customer in front of us was treating her poorly, McKenzie stayed calm and collected while asking the woman to leave.
Great job and hats off to you!

This McDonald's was ok at one point. The last two times the experience has been garbage.
Previous order: Ordered through the app and parked. 15 minutes later an employee walked out with a couple bags of food. She was on her cell phone. The bags of food didn't belong to any of the 3 cars waiting for food (two other parked cars from the drive thru). We ended up going inside. Our order hadn't even been started. When they finally did make the order, it was missing 2 items. It wasn't even a large order.
Current visit: tried going through the drive through. Spent 5 minutes waiting at the sign where you order only to finally be told we had to come inside and order. Place wasn't busy at all and at least 5 staff were working. Took forever to get the food.
If it weren't for my kid and his friends I wouldn't hand this place my money. Service is so bad they should pay people to deal with it.

This was the worst meal I had from this location. Overcooked nasty chicken on a burnt bun, with fries that had WAY too much salt

I came to this place tonight and who ever work this night crew sucks they didn't want to recook my food after I already said cook to order on top of that the lady had a problem with cooking my food and gave me a partial refund

Why suddenly does this location want to charge 30 cents for ONE or TWO additional sauces? We’ve been going to this location 3-4 times per week for the last 8 years and we haven’t had an issue. Now I have to have a frustrating discussion with an employee to get 4 (total) sauces with my 10 count and 6 count nugget meals.
The credit card fees alone on 30 cents would leave almost no profit at all. I don’t get the rationale. You get frustrated customers and no financial benefit to the business. I’m hoping this can be addressed easily or we will simply switch to one of the many other fast food options in the area.

when we got back home with our food, we were often missing stuff like tomatoes in which we paid extra for, 2 apple pies, and sauces. The food doesn’t even taste fresh and also tastes very oily and old. I don’t recommend..
I don’t eat often at this McDonald maybe once a month. Wasn’t super busy through the drive -through. Ordered a simple meal everything went smoothly till the window. Not sure what is up with this location switching from charging for sauce and not charging for it. They had an attitude with me for asking for sauce at the window, when they didn’t charge for it couple weeks prior. Sure if I would have known that it costed extra I would have asked for it while I was ordering, but don’t have an attitude with me for not paying for your 25 cent sauce when you did not normally charge for it a week ago…. Ridiculous

This place sucks. Has six cars in the parking lot and not serving anyone until 5am. Got there before 330am, and they advertise 24 hours. Not the first time that this has happened, and the times for the stop service is inconsistent. They don't give you a reason and I would be more understanding if it was for cleaning because of a dinner/breakfast changeover. Unfortunately my choices are between 7/11 and here.

Had delivery and only received half of it. When I called to inquire, the person on the line basically told me that I was out of luck. Not patronizing t hem again. I'm starting to understand why so many fast food stores are failing. Prices are going up while service is going down. Not a sustainable business model.
