If your app allows you to order condiments and you choose to not charge for them, why on earth do you tell patrons they aren't allowed sauces when they pickup their order? Corporate greed is so fun.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The staff is disrespectful and rude. The manager was annoyed that I interrupted his conversation of him just talking to his staff playing around. The app never seems to work at this location but works everywhere else... seems off to me. Then told me he won't honor the app discount because they don't want to give me free food (it was 20% a $10 order). When my order was over $40. Also not to mention the person taking my order said that the code was not working and when I asked they told me idk I don't control the app and my manager is not going to help you get it fixed. Then tried to refuse to get him for me. I would rather drive an hour to go to other locations that to ever come to this one again!!

I love this location it is a great McDonald's I live in Palm Bay and one drive to rockledge the manager at night time is great she always makes fresh food and wouldn't serve you nothing she wouldn't eat herself

I will never go there again . Placed an order on mobile app when I went to pick it up did not give me full order . Wanted me to pay again . Very upset calling corporate and manager did not help me at all !

Had a attitude the whole time through the drive through and I ask for a Large Sweet Tea light ice , didn't happen ask for a mc chicken light lettuce and gave spicy and allergic to spicy chicken

Went through the McDonald’s drive through and felt with the rudest employee ever, and just to find out she is the manager. This was at the one on Murrell in rockledge. Horrible customer service I can not believe she’s a manager.

Girls in drive thru were so friendly! Overfilled my coke (barely on lid) and warned me and gave me extra napkins. Fries were fresh and hot! 8/12/25 around 11am. That crew deserves a pat on the back at least

I came to this McDonald’s earlier today and I went to the drive-through and I ordered a number seven with 10 piece nuggets a Sprite french fries and two blueberry cream pies. I got my order out the window and the service was pretty quick but when I opened my bag by the time, I was on the highway driving to Orlando there were two apple pies in there. It’s not that big of a convenience, but I wanted to try them so I called the restaurant they didn’t answer then I called them about three more times they still didn’t answer. And the fact of the matter is, they won’t answer the phone and I have no way to resolve my issue and they gave me the wrong item.

The food was freezing cold..the guy at the speaker didn't seem like he liked his job..I'm over terrible service ..this was around 12 am ..I don't see how they serve food like this just disgusting

The Last couple of times I've visited this particular McDonald's my food was not fresh at all as if they had made it an hour ago and just kept it on the warmer. Which pissed me off because I had to drive out of my way to get there and I had a long wait time before I received my food, for it to not even be fresh they need to do better!
