Congratulations guys, you are one star away from being the worst McDonald's in America. This place robbed me last Friday at 4am. I was extremely hungry, I had just gotten paid. I ordered the value meal because I'm broke. She told me that they stopped serving lunch at 4am!?! I think she was expecting me to say nevermind because she didn't want to lift a finger. But I was hungry and nothing was open. I asked to see the breakfast menu because it was still displaying the lunch menu (Because they don't usually sell breakfast that early, I used to work at McDonald's when I was a kid on breakfast shift) she told me she can't switch the menu. So I had to go off memory to make my order. I got the bacon egg and cheese on a bagel meal with a coffee. She asked me how I wanted my coffee. I said regular cream and sugar. She told me they don't have a regular amount. So I just got three creams and three sugars. I paid $10.45 for the $8.50 meal, I assumed it was because I added an extra hashbrown. When I left, I realized they forgot my hashbrown. I went back to the McDonald's and she told me that she forgot to ring me up for the hashbrown when I know I saw it added on the screen. She had the manager come over so she could print a receipt (I think the receipt was fake). I ended up paying an extra $2.03 for the hashbrown, a total of $12.48 for a regular bacon egg and cheese meal with a extra hashbrown. I hate to assume but I think this was a case of reverse racism. I've actually noticed a lot of that since I moved down here. I'm from NH, we don't really have racism up there like you do down here. My brother in law is black, I don't have a single ounce of racism in my blood. So being taken advantage of because of the color of my skin is completely unwarranted. Someone's gotta be "the bigger man" and stop perpetuating hate in all aspects. But I'll say it again, there's a possibility I'm completely wrong. All I know is I paid way too much for that meal and I'll die before I get taken advantage of.

Drive thru. Personnel friendly. My older granddaughter went inside for a specialty coffee and biscuits. We were done in drive thru and she was still waiting. I had to go in. Others were waiting as well. Manager had to step in to get our orders. Saved money using McDonald's App.

Wouldnt let me buy the Pokemon card separately even though I was allowed to in the past. Was trying to to buy some for my 2 kids since they love Pokemon. Went back and they still wouldn't let me. Also they have been forgetting my drinks Everytime I door or they ignore my curbside. Honestly pathetic service from the manager. Do better.

Most expensive McDonald’s in the country. You’re better off taking your family to longhorn steakhouse, it isn’t much more. Charge you 40cents for extra breakfast sauce and they then put less than if you didn’t ask for extra

Had to wait on the Quarter-pounder, but at least it was fresh. Also, confusing there are 3x versions of 1/4lb-ers now. We tried to get “regular” with cheese, but they used the word “plain” so it came with cheese and absolutely nothing else 🤷🏼♂️
I went to this McDonald's in Viera on 11/18/2024. I went through the drive through. The order came to $10.09 that was first red flag I should have gotten out of line to expensive for a fish meal. Ordered a fish filet meal. The food must have not been cooked. I have been sick with food poison for the past 2 days. The meal knocked me off of my feet made me so sick I do not know even where to report that the place is not cooking their fish or that the meat is bad. Because I was so sick I could not work Tuesday night or all day Wednesday. Today is Thursday morning, and my stomach still does not feel 100%. How do I know it was the food because before I went to McDonalds I was fine.

Literally the best McDonald’s in Brevard county. Excellent service, the manager that works the a.m. on the weekends is very professional and kind. You can see they have their work down to a science!

Ordered a customized chicken sandwich on the app for takeout. Of course, none of the items that I customized on the chicken sandwich were on it. Just plain. So I order the thing myself. I guess I have to make the thing myself to get what I want. Last time I’m coming to this location.
