McDonald's in Mims
Went through the drive through.
Cashier did not give me a receipt pulled up to the window. She said parking spot number 7.
The lady come out with the food me. Ask for the receipt Of which I did not get. Would not give me the food so I went in the lady came out and then the lady lied that she did not ask for a receipt? Her Name is Jodi.
If you're asked to park in a certain spot they should know what's going on.

My daughter (minor) was employed at McDonald’s last year, we relocated and she resigned. Upon resignation she updated her information with her restaurant manager because who she thought she needed to inform. It’s January 31, 2018 and my daughter has not received her W2. Therefore I advised my daughter to contact the store to inquire. My daughter was told to contact corporate. My daughter called corporate and spoke to the office manager regarding her W2 form. I wanted my daughter to have a sense of responsibility which is why I allowed her to speak with the officer manager to find out information on her W2. (She is a minor so she barely grossed enough to file taxes. However I was curious so I told her to call). While listening to the conversation I could not help but take the phone from my daughter due to the hostile tone coming from the office manager. Her tone and response was unprofessional, inappropriate and rude as if she was frustrated. I asked to speak with someone of higher level and she said “oh you’re lucky because the Director is here”, In a devious tone. I then spoke to the Director who completely disregarded my concern regarding how the office manager spoke to my minor child. He defended his employee, and came up with every excuse in the book to backup her rudeness. He did not show any concern or remorse for his employees behavior. Personally I do understanding the high volume of callers requesting W2’s and the frustration these individuals may have. However the behavior expressed towards my daughter was unacceptable. There was no need to treat me and my child that way it was a simple question, that required a simple answer. The conversation should have been less than five minutes. I donate a lot of funds towards “The Ronald McDonald House” to support the cause. Also because I actually stayed there when my daughter was born and diagnosed with a serious condition which required surgery to her heart. My daughter is very ill and took pride working for McDonalds and the pleasant crew, unfortunately we are saddened to find out that corporate isn’t as pleasant as we thought. :(
