I truly feel bad about this review but not as bad as the service I received recently. I waited in the drive thru line for 15 minutes before getting out of line and going inside. Once inside, I waited ten more minutes just to get waited on, I had to ask who was able to help me. They were much more concerned with the 'to go orders' than the people Infront of them. As if this service wasn't bad enough, the food 'steak' bowl was a bowl of rice with very little steak. This little place could be rocking but not until they get their act together and do a much better job training their staff on customer service, accurate food portions and kindness. I won't be back.

I came in during a dinner rush on a Friday evening. The employees, Joseph and Josette, who were working the food line were both super friendly, quick, and efficient. Joseph greeted my party with a smile on his face and great customer service skills. Josette was super friendly and sweet while ringing us out. I will definitely be coming back not just for the food, but also because of these two amazing workers.

I just have to add here that I ordered pickup at 12:05 and I literally did not get to the window until 12:40. The food and everything is great, the service is some of the worst I have ever seen for fast food.

I was pleasantly surprised by this Panda location. The food here is really good. I've tried almost everything on the menu and all of it has been not only tasty, but you can tell the food is fresh and prepared well. My favorite dish is the Orange Chicken with the green beans. It never dissapoints. The staff is always welcoming, and friendly. I have gotten food here at different times of the day and it's always been good.

Since this store has opened we have had nothing but bad experiences ordering from here. We have tried ordering for pick up, delivery through the app, and going through the drive through - each time was a disaster. On one occasion they gave our pickup order to someone else through the drive through window and it took over 2 hours to get our food. Today we order food through their delivery service and the driver waited in the store for over an hour to pickup our order. There have been three occasions now where we have had problems with this store. This store is completely mismanaged, and we will not be going back.

The slowest service I’ve ever had whether it’s drive-through or going inside the managers need to take a playbook out of Chick-fil-A and figure this stuff out. It’s ridiculous even at 8 o’clock at night or at lunchtime it don’t matter they got one speed and it’s reverse.
Did a mobile order tonight. Not only did they get one of our dishes wrong the other had shrimp in it. Thankfully we werent allergic but could have been bad if someone was. We like Panda as a whole and the building is nice, staff is friendly, but something is going wrong when they prep orders.

I’ve never been to a Panda Express, honestly had no clue what it was. But finally went and it was great. The staff were really nice, really good energy, very welcoming. The food was really good, it’s fast Chinese but still really good compared to the usual local Chinese places. I will say the “fried” rice was pretty pathetic. But the white tasted fresh - not hard and grainy like old rice.
Another plus is that it was spotless in there, the kitchen (from what I could see), the food bins, the counter, the tables, all were really well maintained. I think overall a very solid addition to Rockledge.
