I always have a wonderful experience when my husband and I have our date night here. I ask for Juanita every time! She is so sweet and down to earth. She never leaves our drinks empty and is very personable. We always enjoy the conversation. Highly recommend!

This restaurant used to be pretty over fifteen years ago ! It looks old and is falling apart with dark and damaged booths and outdated decor. The food quality had gone down tremendously and the company has the audacity to charge more money for disgusting food !! A menu that hasn’t changed in a while and there’s nothing healthy in the menu only the salad bar. Our food was subpar and not worth the money we paid . The only reason it remains open is because of the older people who live on a fixed income and the reward program and the weekday specials. I won’t be back and hope this store gets it together as a company and fixes all the issues !!!

We stopped at Ruby Tuesday in Rockledge Florida on our way to Ft Lauderdale today. never again. The salad bar was good, but that’s all I can say positive. The other food sat in the window for an extended amount of time, we could see it. French fries and tater tots were cold. But the worst was I paid a 21$ + bill with two twenties. We had to chase the waitress down for my change. She could not give me a receipt for the meal even though I asked. We waited in the booth for her to bring me the change. That’s when I asked for a copy of the receipt and was told when you pay cash you don’t get a receipt. Lastly my change included coins in the amount of 62 cents. When I asked her about it she did get me give me the coins. I personally believe she had no intention of giving me any change. She had told me when I gave her the two twenties she would be right back with my change. Her service was sparse. We certainly didn’t feel the welcome. We have a Ruby Tuesday’s in our town and we eat there frequently. I would not recommend your restaurant. I know I might never be in Rockledge again, but maybe this will stop someone else from making the mistake we did.

$17 for a cheeseburger you'd expect more than (quite literally) 9 french fries in your side order. Don't order To-Go I guess. There's no accountability when you've gotten all the way home. Yeah, I'll be going back there.
