Ambiance: great little hole in the wall. Service: the girl didn't smile once not even at our 2 year old. She wouldn't serve people who showed up right before close. She was just sad the entire time. Strange because Ice Cream is supposed to be a happy place. Food: the ice cream was great that's why I gave two stars. The milkshakes were terrible. Who makes a chocolate milkshake with chocolate ice cream? Just not good. Hard Ice cream in a bowl was decent. This was our go to spot for Ice Cream pretty regularly. However, the service was so bad I'm considering going to whits.

Is it shrinkflation or terrible value? When we first started going there, a double waffle cone was huge...now I have to eat thru the cone to get down to the Ice cream...and at first I thought it was just the person making the cone...but now its everytime so it must be management's decision....their ice cream is expensive...but creative flavors made it worth it....it was a good treat and it was worth the price....now u get a half filled cone for $7....sad to see our favorite ice cream place go the shrinkflation route....

First time visit to Ice Cream Hut. Great Ice Cream, lots of flavor choices. Great service and clean facilities. Server was very helpful. Highly recommend. Multiple locations.
I came for a spot of ice cream, I got a monster! I got the chocolate giant milkshake. I was NOT disappointed. It was giant. It was super tasty. Everyone else was in awe. I couldn't finish it. Well worth the $15 plus tip.Next time- I'm gonna try the pineapple upside down or strawberry shortcake sundaes.

Conveniently located in the Publix plaza this has become our favorite go to ice cream stop. I would recommend some sort of sign visible from the street. I love all the flavor varieties of the creamy Amish made ice cream. They also have an easy to use reward system linked to your cell phone number. Usually the owner or his brother are working. They are always friendly and helpful. There are numerous tables inside and when it's more pleasant weather you can sit at one of the little tables/chairs outside.

This is my ice cream go to place in Viera. Friendly people, yummy ice-cream from an Amish community. Great weekly specials such as buy one soft serve Sunday get one free on Sundays. You can't beat it.
